Is a confort place for solo travelers to stay in to enjoy the charm of paris

The appartement was clean and calm, it contained everything that a person might need during his stay. The staff were helpful and responding through the phone and in booking messagerie. The location of the studio is perfect, It is close to the supermarket and transportation. 48h before the arrival I receive a clear description of the necessary info for the check in.

Is a bit small but it is confortable.

Perfect Value, Location and Communication - Best Suited for Young People, Couple Max

Very good location, communication with host, and the apartment has everything you might need for some days in the city. It's quite small but perfectly suitable for 1 or 2 people. Kitchen has everything necessary to cook, microwave, stove, fridge, and there's a very big supermarket close by. Living room is small but has a foldable table to save space. Transportation to and from the place are great, with the tram and buses.

Everything was perfect for a single person stay. The bedroom and bathroom are things to consider before booking. Toilet has no door, just a curtain, which can be a problem for some people. And the bedroom is going up a ladder, so bringing a suitcase up is not practical, if you got a backpack that's fine.

Pratique avec un bon rapport qualité prix en région parisienne. Logement équipé correctement et propre (récent). Très bien pour un séjour rapide sur Paris pour le boulot. Tram 2 à proximité.

Bien prendre en compte que c'est petit et qu'il y a une échelle 'pentue' pour accéder à la mezzanine avec le lit.

Studio fonctionnel proche de Paris

Studio fonctionnel, proche des transports communs (tram et bus), commerces et restaurants à proximité. L'espace est réduit mais bien agencé. Equipement suffisant. Idéal pour 2 personnes et court séjour. Endroit calme lors de notre séjour.

Mini appartamento vicino Parigi

Piccolo appartamento fornito di tutto il necessario per soggiornare una o due notti. Tutto abbastanza pulito. È ideale per un soggiorno breve per una persona o per una coppia, è ben collegato al centro (basta prendere un tram e la metro). Lo staff gentile e disponibile. Vicino all'appartamento si trova il tram (5 minuti a piedi) e nei dintorni ci sono negozi, supermercati, un centro commerciale, farmacia e tutti i servizi necessari

Il letto era più che altro un materasso appoggiato al pavimento. Il bagno è molto molto piccolo e non avendo una finestrella, tende a inumidirsi e a lasciare cattivo odore (di umido, appunto)

Ficaria novamente, mas sugiro que atentem-se as melhorias.

A acomodação é limpa, tudo novinho, a moça da arrumação e o contato com a gestão também foi bastante solicita. A localização é ótima, talvez até melhor do que ficar em alguns bairros de Paris. Restaurantes bons, lavanderia na frente, clima de bairro romântico.

O quarto é bem pequeno, pra quem tem claustrofobia talvez não seja o ideal. Mas o pior pra mim foi o banheiro. Cortina pra fazer as necessidades não dá. Pelo menos uma porta sanfonada. E o box precisa de uma adaptação para não vazar água quando aumenta a pressão do chuveiro.

Que tiene cocina. Buena comunicación con el dueño.

Es muy pequeño, Un poco incómodo. Cama en el suelo. No tiene ascensor. 20 min. del centro en tren

Bien pour un nuit dans le coin, quelques améliorations cependant

Très propre, tout fonctionnel, gérant très réactif au message. Mobilier moderne, eau chaude ok, tout ce qu'il faut pour la cuisine. Matelas bon.

Vaisselle parfois un peu usé -Je me suis sentie un peu étriquée car c'est très petit -La lumière de dehors allumée par les voisins m'a réveillé plusieurs fois , car on voit tout par la porte, peut être mettre un rideau!
