The only real plus is the location: right next to Bui Vien, in the very center.
Extremely noisy: the street party went on until about 3 a.m., so if you are coming from the airport and want to rest, you won't get any sleep at night. The room is very small, okay for a quick overnight stay, but if you need a quiet night, this is definitely not the place. The staff were neither friendly nor unfriendly, just indifferent. Apart from the location, nothing really stands out.
