Please learn to greet and tell the important details to your customer. For example, telling time of breakfast. Don't wait for the customer to ask that from you!

Walking distance to Ben Thanh Market, War Remnant Museum, Pho Le, Bun Cha Hanoi. Jollibee and Pizza Hut are both nearby. We had a family room and it didn’t feel crowded. The mattress was not comfortable on the first day but they changed it upon request. Breakfast is the same everyday but it’s okay if you’re not picky.

This hotel has a good location, we were close to the bus station on Pham Ngu Lão street. When we were lazy to take Grab to find a place to eat we just grab at nearby restaurants which was very convenient!! The room looks spacious with high ceiling, but the bathroom is old, bathroom door is broken, air conditioning machine does not work, the room wasn't cooling off with the ac turned on, and the beds were old. I think it would be tolerable for locals traveling between cities who are used to the weather. For tourists who favors cleanliness and working air conditioning to recover from the outside heat 🥵 might not be worth it to take the risk.
