    Everything was perfect! The rooms were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I even left my luggage with the hotel while I traveled and returned to Ho Chi Minh, and they took great care of it. Their hospitality and service made my trip so much easier.

    I like stay here, early check in being giving and kindness from Nhung, promoting about Saigon and Vietnam. I'll take on of promotion from Nhung deliver to airport. Thank you for your hospitality.

    I travelled in a group of 4 and we booked 2 VIP rooms with the balcony view. The bathroom drain reeks of the sewer smell that would cause the whole room to smell like the sewer. The bed is set up right next to the bathroom so you can smell it even when you are in bed. We initially asked them to check it out and the way the reception reacted makes me think this is a known issue. They explained that it was because there was a long term tenant in my room (Room 206). Something was sprayed in the drain that night but the next morning the smell was back. I could not handle it anymore and asked for a room change and I got room 306. Initially it did not smell as bad but the smell returned. I did not want to bother the receptionists anymore since I only had 2 days of my stay left. My friends who stayed in room 106 also had a sewer smell in the bathroom but it was not as bad as room 206. We both had a lot of drain flies and cockroaches. Another minor thing is that it is right next to an intersection of a street so you will hear a lot of honking in the morning that will wake you up. The staff were helpful and nice throughout our stay.

    Staff are okay, but at first I chat on June for payment issue, want use card, end up during check in need to pay in cash, I’m not prepared the cash for pay the hotel as we deal for the card, the hotel last and very very last minute said, payment has been change on 1 July, my question why not contact me, I can prepared the cash if they said pay cash, I’m sad and disappointed cause my cash finish already, then on first day my group sleep in hot situation where the aircond not function, and using fan at the big room, then on second day, they find the technician to repair aircond, the rest is okay… plus they give us room at the back receptionist, we don’t like it cause as teenager group, loud and havoc things is normal, so the room is totally not suitable for us cause near with receptionist and need more quiet and calming, lollll
