    I was traveling with my group of friends and got embarrassed by how bad of a quality of the hotel and unit that we got. 1. Location - the location is right in the middle of bui vien street so you can really hear all the noise and karaoke outside especially at night when you’re trying to sleep 2. The facilities are old and broken down - refrigerator and telephone not working, elevator looks scary old, the shower drain doesn’t drain the water properly so it’s just flooding when you shower. There’s also no hooks in the shower where you can hang your clothes so it’s just super hassle. 3. The floor is broken 4. Not enough trash bins in the room 5. Bugs everywhere. We saw not 1, not 2, but 3 cockroaches crawling on the sink and on the bedsheets 😫 The room is not dirt cheap so we were expecting at least a decent experience for a 3-star hotel but we got duped by the photos. We’re just people-pleasers so we went ahead with the entire 6-days booking but we should have cancelled after 1 night ☹️ On the bright side, the staffs are nice and gave us recommendations on local places to eat. They also helped us tremendously with our stuff. Can also speak basic english so communication is no problem.

    Very Disappointing Experience – Photos Do Not Match the Actual Hotel Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The photos shown on Agoda are significantly different from the actual hotel, and the difference was not just limited to the room. Even the reception area and common areas looked completely different from what was advertised. The cleanliness was also a major concern. I encountered several cockroaches inside the hotel, which was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. The overall cleanliness of the room and other areas also did not meet the standard I was expecting based on the photos and description on Agoda. I understand that photos can sometimes look different in person, but in this case, the difference was far beyond what I would consider a normal expectation. The hotel presented online gave the impression of a much cleaner and more well-maintained property than what I actually experienced. I would strongly recommend that guests manage their expectations and check recent reviews and photos before booking. The hotel should also consider updating its Agoda listing and addressing the cleanliness and pest-control issues. Overall, this was not the experience I expected and, unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel.
