    The good ones. Very cold airconditioning unit. It has its own restaurant. Staff are very accommodating. Walking distance to Bui Vien Walking Street. For improvement: They don’t have an elevator. My room was located in 4th floor. I checked in around 1am so there was no one who helped me bring my luggages. But when I checked out, they were able to help me. The apartment is located in an alley, so GrabCar won’t fit. You have to walk along Pham Ngu Lao to book a car which is quite inconvenient. If you will be partying every night in Bui Vien, I will recommend this place. But If I will go back to HCM next time, I’ll stay around Ben Thanh or near Nguyen Hue.

    Had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the location was very convenient. I love that it has restaurant. The foods are affordable and so good. Highly recommended!

    For the little money its good but maybe I saved at the wrong end. The mattress hurt both our backs for the next days since it was very hard

    The bedding smelled of sweat, not clean or fresh, and the room was nothing like the photos. The roof deck has been neglected.
