Location, well equipped, very quiet, large terrace, private parking, owner very helpful and responsive

The agency that this apartment is let through leave much to be desired. The wrong key to the French doors was left in the key box. Not a problem on the first day: a push on the door and we were in! Second day it rained and with the rise in humidity the wooden French doors locked shut while we were outside the apartment at 19:00. The agency staff were very unsympathetic and quite unhelpful. But they did contact the owner who came out very quickly with a correct key to let us back into the apartment: thank you. Finally, we are still waiting for the receipt for our payment 4 days after checking out. The agency say they process in strictly chronological order ...what does that mean? We need the receipt for the business expense claim. We will keep waiting ...

Kleinere Renovierungen/Neuerungen würden der Wohnung gut tun, vor allem für den Preis der Unterkunft Küchenausstattung ist wenn man wirklich öfter kochen möchte etwas dürftig

Die Terrasse und der Ausblick waren phänomenal!!

Die Wohnung ist ziemlich heruntergekommen und entspricht bei weitem nicht den Fotos! Einige Dinge sind kaputt und ziemlich verranzt, z.B. das Sofa. Der Fernseher ging nicht. Für die recht hohen Einnahmen könnte der Besitzer die Wohnung in Schuss bringen, dann wäre es eine super Unterkunft!
