Отличный садик с террасами перед домом. Вид) до моря удобно, но достаточно тяжело из-за подьема.

Две спальни, а вентилятор один( Грязно вокруг комнат ( коридоры) доп кровать очень неопрятно убрана в спальне), вешалки, место у стиральной машины не убрано.

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage.

Sie war sehr schlecht gepflegt (Duschkopf, Seifenspender, Sonnenliegen) kaputt, Geschirr sonstige Ausstattung ebenfalls von sehr schlechter Qualität und sollte man austauschen. Der Parkplatz war für unser Auto (BMW X1) zu klein, sodass wir dort nicht parken konnten. Die Außenflächen gehören dringend gereinigt und auch die Bäder und der Boden dringend gereinigt.

Peaceful terrace and comfortable master bedroom (extra large bed and decent sized wardrobe). Useful to have 2 bathrooms. Kitchen is basic but contains everything we needed to prepare breakfast. But would have appreciated a bottle of water in the fridge since it’s a steep walk from the shops. I requested an additional bed sheet and this was provided the next day without extra charge, thank you.

Dirty and badly maintained. The shower and bathroom walls had a lot of black mold and mildew. As only one of the two single beds was made up for use, I was able to see what the mattress cover looked like, it was stained and lots of human hair on it. Suggesting it rarely gets washed. So I checked the mattress cover under the bed sheet of the other single bed that we were using, it too was dirty with human hair on it. I asked for a second fan since they only provide one fan and no air con. But got no response to my request. Bathroom fixtures such as toilet roll holder and shower shelf are broken, exposed wires around the place. Exterior corridors and terrace has not been swept or cleaned. Access to apartment is difficult- either very narrow road (only for small cars) or steep walk and lots of stairs(not for elderly or people with poor fitness). Although not an issue if you’re relatively fit.
