About this house rental
Two terraces with stunning view, with table and chairs to enjoy from breackfast to dinner! f Large sitting and dinig room at 1st level and kitchenette, and shower room.
At 2nd level master bedroom (with air condo) and one room with 2 single beds. Private bathroom with shower inside the master bedroom. Baby cot and baby seat available on request.
Tennis court and swimming pool are inside the private property at 150 meters from the apartment walking around the spectacular Med's parc. At the swimming pool sun chairs and the change cabin: toilet, shower and fridge.
Parking spot close to the apartment.
Private garage inside Lerici village Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) at 3,5 Km.
Far from traffic, crowd and noise, in the nature, but easy to live: café and newspaper shop, food & bakery, local organic shop are at walking distance.
Ancient paths descends to San Terenzo, to the Venere Azzurra beach and to Lerici, while bus services are useful to come back home.
The road connecting the villages of Pugliola, Solaro to Pitelli is perfect for running in the tree shadow and mountainbike trail are all around. From Lerici peer easy ferry boat connections to 5 Terre by and Portovenere, or by car (45 minutes to Riomaggiore) or by train from La Spezia Station (10 minutes La Spezia- Riomaggiore then Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza and Monterosso). On the east side f the gulf: the village of Tellaro and the beaches of Baia Blu, Venere Azzurra and Fiasherino, the lost village of Montemarcello, Bocca di Magra and the medieval city of Sarzana.
