About this house rental

A short distance from a marina, winery tours, and more, this beach vacation home lets you experience it all. There's convenient onsite parking, so you can leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 4-minute walk to Lerici Ferry Pier or the 5-minute walk to Gulf of La Spezia.

Relax on the porch or lanai or sip a drink in the fenced yard of this vacation home. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, cookware, and a blender. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, a bidet, and towels. The apartment was so nice and cost, the view from the balcony superb. Aircon in the living room was a lifesaver 🙏 Would have been nice in the bedrooms too, since we had 38 degrees during the day and no wind 😅 Anna was extremely helpful and sweet, helped us out with a doctors appointment when the kids were sick. We had a misunderstanding with the parking however she provided a fine alternative for us. I would go back anytime ❤️

We stopped here for a 5 day rest and it was perfect. Honestly, it felt as if a friend had lent us their home - it was roomy and comfortable with a very 'homey' feel. Every morning and night we sat on the big patio and watched the bay from high on the hill... the view was magical. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were fine enough (could use a little updating, but they were ok). Anna our host was very friendly and prompt.
