About this house rental

Indipendent house apartment ideal up to 4 people, inside a luxuriant garden with swimming pool in common with other guests, tennis court, parking next home.

At level 1 sitting room with large terrace, kitchen and toilet, at level 2 two bedrooms and bathroom. Aircondo. Equipped terrace and reseved garden.

Close to beaches and to 5 Terre, Portovenere easy daily trip to Lucca, Pisa and Portofino, Carrara marble quarries...

Possibility of garage in Lerici on request. Far from traffic, crowd and noise, in the nature, but easy to live: café and newspaper shop, food & bakery, local organic shop are at walking distance.

Ancient paths descends to San Terenzo, to the Venere Azzurra beach and to Lerici, while bus services are useful to come back home.

The road connecting the villages of Pugliola, Solaro to Pitelli is perfect for running in the tree shadow and mountainbike trail are all around. From Lerici peer easy ferry boat connections to 5 Terre by and Portovenere, or by car (45 minutes to Riomaggiore) or by train from La Spezia Station (10 minutes La Spezia- Riomaggiore then Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza and Monterosso). On the east side f the gulf: the village of Tellaro and the beaches of Baia Blu, Venere Azzurra and Fiasherino, the lost village of Montemarcello, Bocca di Magra and the medieval city of Sarzana.

The view from the house is magnificient. The house itself is great, nice separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms, living room and a roof top! Modern, clean and excellent airco. Nice swimming pool next to the house as well as a tenniscourt. To get to the house, you have a steep drive, but once you are there, it is very rewarding :). There is a additional parking space in Lerici, which is handy. Lerici is nice to go for dinner. La Spezia is 20 min away, from where you can take the train to Cinque Terra (you can easily park underneath the station). Don't look further, enjoy your stay here!!

Beautiful grounds, well kept, tremendous views of the "Bay of Poets" and surrounding area - Access to the property is a very steep drive with several switchbacks requiring a three point turn - Not a problem for an average driver, those with less skill, beware - The "bonus" parking spot in Lerici was highly beneficial and made a huge difference for us older folks with mobility issues - It's literally one minute from the Mediterranean, shopping and restaurants - Only complaint was the sparse furnishings in the unit, probably typical European, but definitely not American - Hard metal chairs, tiny shower, no shower shelves, hard futon in living area, TV service was intermittent, WIFI was weak but overall, a nice place, location, location, location -

We had a wonderful week. At this great place. Super with parking spot in Lerici. Great pool and breeze since you are higher on the mountain. No problems with communication. Sweet and polite host and welcoming. I would highly recommend this place. Be prepared to test your Italian driving skills going up the path to the house😁

'House with a view': wat een formidabel uitzicht! Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, modern, strak en fris. Airco in alle ruimtes, kortom perfect. Het zwembad ligt twee huizen verderop en is super. De ligbedjes zijn erg comfortabel en het uitzicht vanuit het zwembad is een plaatje. Helaas stond in de omschrijving dat er twee badkamers aanwezig waren (dit is tijdens ons verblijf aangepast naar 1 badkamer en een separaat toilet). Hier hadden wij het huis op uitgezocht. De toegangsweg naar het huis is niet gemakkelijk door korte haarspeldbochten en behoorlijk steile stukken. De ligging en het uitzicht heeft dit tot een onuitwisbare vakantie gemaakt. We hebben genoten.

Allein die Anfahrt zu dem Haus zeigt die Exklusivität. Durch einen mediterranen Garten gelangt man vorbei an Tennisplatz und vereinzelten Häusern zum Objekt der Begierde. Eine nie erlebte Aussicht auf die Bucht der Poeten aus einem top gepflegten Haus, dazu ein nagelneuer Infinity Pool 50 Meter entfernt mit Blick auf auf die Bucht: WAHNSINN. Wir haben die 7 Tage sehr genossen und wünschen viel Spaß in dieser Traumkulisse!!! 🇮🇹❤️👍🏻

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, der Ausblick eine Wucht. Die Residenz ist mit allem nötigen ausgerüstet, sogar in der Küche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zufahrt ist schmal und steil, mit einem 3er BMW ging es gerade so. Sehr nützlich ist der zusätzliche Parkplatz in Lerici, da es dort sehr schwierig ist einen solchen zu finden. Pool und Tennis-Platz sind nicht in der Nähe des Häuschen.

Gute Raumaufteilung und Betten, im Haus ruhig, auf dem Balkon / Terasse ist die Straße und Musik aus dem Ort zeitweise deutlich vernehmbar, Anfahrt über engen z.T. steilen Weg mit mehreren Serpentinen (zwei davon sind nur mit Vor- und Zurück-Rangieren zu durchfahren), sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin und rasche Kommunikation via WhatsApp, einmaliger Ausblick auf den Golf der Poeten

Das Haus war sehr sauber. Es fehlte uns hier an nichts. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse aus ist überragend und für uns unvergesslich. Das Haus ist am höchsten Punkt des Berges. Die Auffahrt mit einem großen Auto ist beschwerlich, da der Weg sehr schmal ist. Wir dachten der Pool ist direkt am Haus. Er ist aber in der Anlage und muss mit 4 anderen Miethäusern aufgrund Corona nach einem Zeitplan geteilt werden. Der Fußweg dorthin Betrug ca. 5 Minuten bergab und zurück 10 Minuten bergauf. Der Tennisplatz ist auch in einem guten Zustand. Wir konnten ohne Absprachen einfach nach Lust und Laune spielen.

The house is located in a private, enclosed property. There at the top of the mountain. The entire property in a very clean condition. The driveway over a narrow path, this serpentine with five tight curves. This takes some getting used to, especially if you drive a slightly larger car. The view is fantastic. The pool at the house is to be completed next year. We were allowed to use the owner's pool. At the house stood on the terrace 2 sun chairs. We asked for 2 sunbeds. The request was fulfilled immediately (thanks again). A special service must necessarily be addressed. During the season, the city center may not be traveled by car. Our vehicle was reported by the landlord at the city, so we were allowed to drive into the city center. The owner gave us a garage in the center, free of charge. Thanks again! The house was full of description / expectation. We are happy to recommend the house.
