Where should I start? I have never met such an ambitious and prepared host as here. He helps me with all my questions, which makes it much easier to explore a foreign area. I would like to thank you for all your help. On the other hand, we were completely satisfied with the apartment. Wonderful view, adequate equipment, comfortable beds. We slept very well. There is a parking space for it (!!!), which should be highlighted. I think this is necessary in Lerici, because parking on the street is not easy. The apartment is in a brilliant location. The seaside promenade is reachable in 5-8 minutes on foot, which is full of restaurants and cafes. But in about 10 minutes you can also reach the sandy beach, which is completely clean, with fresh water bathing facilities (free!!!). Thirdly, Lerici and its surroundings are such an exciting place that it is impossible to explore it in a week. According to our host's recommendation, we visited the surrounding towns one after the other. Not only the places known to tourists, but also the hidden gems. I understand why the apartment is called “sea and culture”. It's apt. And finally, the kindness of the locals must be highlighted. We did not meet a rude or unfriendly Italian person wherever we went. They smiled and helped. I don't think we were just lucky, I think people here are like that.

A romantic getaway. Stay at least 3 days💕

It was such a beautiful apartment with an amazing view. The walk into town and the bay was 5 minutes. Fosco was so helpful with ideas of sites to see. They even provided beach towels for us so we could just sit on the big flat rocks on the beach so close to the apartment. Everything provided was perfect. Coffee pot, washing machine, shower, toilet, bidet, bed was comfortable, nicely decorated, air conditioning, elevator to get up stairs, free easy accessible parking. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. And they had a bottle of wine chilled for us in the fridge when we got there! Definitely will come back again. We loved the place! Also, don’t forget to tour Lerici Castle, amazing views!

The perfect place for a couple's visit to Lerici!

Superb apartment in gorgeous Lerici! Modern, comfortable, excellent location near the harbor and beaches--and even closer to bars, cafes and restaurants! Fosco was great for booking and his son Gabriele met us with the key and explained everything. Super friendly, efficient, totally problem-free. And Lerici, wow, the perfect place to fall in love!!

A gem on the Ligurian coast

Sea & Culture's studio apartment in Lerici is clean, comfortable, and very well situated to enjoy the town and surrounding area. Communications with Fosco were easy, and he was extremely helpful with suggestions for activities and restaurants in and around Lerici. Lerici itself is a lovely historic town with good access to Porto Venere and the Cinque Terre, great food and beaches.

Good

Good location (15 mins to the beach), very useful parking spot, nice view from the apartment, friendly hosts.

There is no private outside area and for the price the accomodation is quite small and outdated. The room was well equipped but felt a little cramped. Although the apartment had been cleaned before we arrived some items are just too old to get properly clean anymore (e.g. tiles in the bathroom and kitchen with mould around the edges, rusty fittings, stained bedhead). The bathroom is also quite dark and the shower small. The air conditioner was so noisy that we couldn't use it while in the room; luckily the fan provided as an alternative worked most of the time but not on the hottest nights and it meant we had to sleep with the windows open so insects could get in. A few smallish updates/renovations could make the apartment more comfortable for guests and would better reflect the price. The studio is a reasonably practical base for exploring Lerici and the surroundings, but not a very enjoyable place to relax.

Lerici is beautiful and cinque Terre was worth visiting.

Accommodation is worth for money. Easily access, good location, enough space for two and free parking.

I would recommend to have basic shampoo or/and body wash. When using booking.com, you don't remember to bring those things with you if you mostly use hotels

Spazioso e luminoso monolocale, bagno in buone condizioni e ottima pulizia. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ottima accoglienza e suggerimenti durante il soggiorno. Posizione comoda e parcheggio privato. Vista del mare dalla camera. Ci tornerei sicuramente!

Tre giorni meravigliosi nella bellissima Lerici grazie al Sig. Fosco

Bellissimo appartamento a circa 300mt. dal mare, luminoso e pulitissimo, ottimo per 2 persone, con il plus (quasi irrinunciabile nella zona data la scarsità di parcheggi) del posto auto riservato. Il Sig. Fosco è una vera miniera di informazioni utili a far trascorrere al meglio la vacanza, esaustive indicazioni per l'arrivo, ristoranti, cosa vedere nei dintorni, ogni giorno ci proponeva diverse soluzioni.... Insomma, sarà sicuramente la nostra prima scelta quando torneremo nella incantevole Lerici..... Grazie di tutto Fosco!!!!
