A safe modern Italian home

The property was exceptionally clean. There was ample towels, bedding, cushions and even large beach towels. The location is excellent just a short walk from the main square where the restaurants and port are. The apartment is very quiet and very safe. You are opposite the main Conad supermarket. On the street is a wonderful bakery, excellent fish shop and fresh fruit store. The family who own the accommodation are really nice helpful people. They offered to collect us from the train station in the next village but we had already arrived. So they collected us in Lerici offering any assistance needed. All of the apartment is modern with a nice array of cooking utensils, crockery and glasses. The balcony faces the car park but you can dine outside with a table and chairs. A nice array of oil etc to help you cook without starting from scratch.

Das Appartement war absolut sauber, komplett eingerichtet, (Spül- Waschmaschine, Induktionskochfeld, Kühl- und separater Gefrierschrank) Steckdosen auf aktueller EU-Norm mit USB/USB-c-Anschlüssen. Rollladen elektrisch, 2 Klimaanlagen, für Wohn- und Schlafbereich. Wohnungszugang mit Sicherheitskarte im Scheckkartenformat. Garage mit Tor-Funkbedienung.

De ligging, de mogelijkheid om je auto (tegen betaling) te parkeren om de hoek, vriendelijke man die ten alle tijden beschikbaar was voor ons, alles was ontzettend schoon en nieuw en fris!

Als we iets moeten opnoemen: Het bed zou nog iets comfortabeler kunnen. Het is een beetje hard. Let op: als je een brede auto hebt dan is het moeilijk om te parkeren (erg smal).

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub

Die Lage ist sehr gut. In der Nacht ist es sehr Ruhig und dennoch sind wir in 3 Minuten (zu Fuss) am Meer und an der Promenade. Das Appartement ist neu renoviert worden und es fehlte uns an nichts. Wir fühlten ten uns ab der 1. Minute wie Zuhause. Der Balkon ist gross mit und verfügt über genügend Sonnenschutz. Einen Parkplatz (Garage) konnten wir ebenfalls dazu reservieren (empfehlenswert, denn es gibt keine in Lerici) Die Gastgeber (Mario) ist sehr freundlich und hat uns wichtige Tipps weitergegeben.

Nichts, wir waren rundum versorgt.

Ottimo alloggio ristrutturato nuovissimo situato a pochi passi dal mare, confortevole e rilassante, vicino a tutti i servizi utili anche per un lungo soggiorno. Nell'alloggio non manca nulla è veramente il Top, curato e studiato nei minimi particolari, da rispettare e trattarlo come se fosse casa tua, pulito e ordinato, un vero gioiellino, e soprattutto il Sig. Ennio il titolare è una persona gentile e disponibilissima per ogni richiesta fatta. Dispone anche di un super parcheggio comodissimo e sicuro che dà un valore aggiunto alla vacanza considerando che a Lerici è difficile trovare parcheggio. Complimenti veramente ci torneremo appena possibile. Barbara & Ivano dal Monferrato.
