Great location in beautiful Lerici. The apartment is about a minute away from the nearest restaurants and shops.

The kitchen is absolutely tiny and therefore not suitable for cooking up a meal. The parking spots are difficult to get in and out of and cost an additional EUR 10,- per day. We also had to pay for sheets and towels (EUR 10,- per person). So in the end this added EUR 63, on top of what we had already paid.

Clean apartment, water front location, ferries to CT right outside. Stairs challenging, shower tiny.

This was the first time for us in Lerici. The location was a positive surprise as the town is not discovered by many tourists yet. Lerici has good boat connections to Cinque Terre and even a bus ride to La Spezia was ok. The apartment is very nice for a family up to 4 persons (two double beds queen size). Washing machine was definitely a plus. Wonderful water front balcony for enjoying breakfasts that we bought at the local supermarket. Great quiet ACs. Location of apartment could not be better, right at water front, with the ferries departing just a 3-minute walk away and the Blue Line free-of-charge bus stop also just in front of the apartment. All restaurants, supermarket and small shops just a short walk away. Arcobaleno ice cream bar really worth a visit! Sandy beaches and a unique 200m swimming/acqua-walking/running beach. Really good location!

Upon arrival we had to pay EUR 120 in cash for the bed sheets, towels, parking and taxes so bring your own sheets if you can! The parking space provided was truly terrifying, luckily I didn't have my SUV as it would never have made the turn nor fit in the tiny space provided. Please inquire ahead or don't even bring your car as there are two lines that get you around Lerici for free and the ferries depart from just outside the apartment. We didn't need the car the entire week we stayed there. As for the apartment, if you have limitations on stairs, you can't make the stairs since unfortunately, the stairs are really challenging as they are not built even heights but are more like a climb at Cinque Terre :) The apartment is otherwise really great and nicely built, just the bathroom is a mistake in my opinion; it is small, the shower is very tight so if you are a larger person, you will have problems in the shower as you cannot move around without constantly banging your elbows on the shower doors. Plus the sliding shower doors do not close well. Upon arrival we noticed that the toilet seat was completely broken but it was replaced within 48 hours. CAUTION! Do not make the mistake of putting the key in incorrectly into the brown wooden door, it gets jammed and will cost you EUR 50 in cash for the locksmith to release the key!!! I don't understand why anyone would install such a lock that gets the guests so easily locked out of the apartment. The unfortunate words of the contact we had before getting hold of the owner were "I just do the check-in" when I initially asked for help getting into the apartment and inquired what we are supposed to do, sleep on the street. Luckily the owner reacted quickly but like stated, it cost us EUR 50 in cash.

Una settimana a Lerici

Appartamento molto pulito, accogliente, esteticamente arredato molto bene, dotato di tutti i comfort, cucina un pochino sacrificata... Posizione ottima in pieno centro vicino a tutte le attrazioni del paese.

Sul soppalco c'è un'apertura nel pavimento fatta in modo da poter aprire la finestra, essendo sicuramente stato fatto a posteriori, che è molto pericoloso soprattutto per dei bambini.. il parcheggio è distante 400 m circa dalla casa e non essendoci un parcheggio per carico e scarico portare i bagagli in casa o riportarli in macchina diventa un'epopea..
