Lerici is a beautiful destination and the property’s location is excellent, but the experience was let down by poor comm

The property is in an excellent location, right in Lerici, which is a beautiful place to stay. The area is convenient for exploring, and the surroundings give a real sense of the charm of the town.

Unfortunately, communication was very slow. Despite sending messages before arrival, I had to call three times for check-in instructions. Even then, I couldn’t open the door, and when I called again I was told to ask the neighbours to open it for me. The hot water was not actually hot, the internet did not work, and for such a high rental rate these issues should not occur. In addition, this is an attic, so don’t expect windows with a view of the beach. There is only one very small window close to the floor.

Die Lage

Die Ausstattung. Nicht mal eine Flasche Wasser, keine Kaffeekapsel für die Kaffeemaschine, viele billige Einrichtungsgegenstände, scheinbar von IKEA, kein Küchenhandtuch, keine Spülmaschine (aber man soll das Geschirr abwaschen) . Alles eher nicht so gastfreundlich

Consigliato!

Appartamento completamente rinnovato e curato in ogni dettaglio, molto comodo sia per il centro che per la spiaggia raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi. Ascensore e solo 6/7 gradini per arrivare all’appartamento ma anche con un bambino di 3 anni come noi comodo. Completo di sale, zucchero e beni di prima necessità per un soggiorno di qualche giorno. Consigliatissimo!

Negativo che non funzionava la televisione, non c’era connessione né a Internet né a rete. I gabbiani tutte le mattine alle 06 si mettevano sul tetto e ci svegliavano, probabilmente o c’è un nido o un ritrovo 🙈 Infine non ho più ricevuto risposta su Booking dal giorno prima del mio arrivo, avevo richiesto se c’era un phon in casa e se potevo fare un late check out ma ho ricevuto solo risposte automatiche. Magari avrei dovuto scrivere alla ragazza del check-in, non so però ecco comunque rispondere.
