Beautiful place
The apartment is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and spacious, with all the necessary little things you need for a short stay, from oil, spices and salts to a small DAB radio. The AC cools two rooms independently and is very efficient. The sun shines in during the morning and moves away by late afternoon. You can feel the love in many details. Recommended.
Not a disadvantage, but just a feature: be prepared to walk up the stairs for a couple of minutes to reach the property (which adds to the privacy of the location).

all great and we would come back! just FYI no Wi-Fi which was clearly outlined in the booking and was perfectly fine with us and no iron in case you need it for a formal event

The next door neighbors are noisy: loud music, loud tv, loud talking (luckily I travel with earplugs), I figure maybe the neighbor is just hard of hearing.

appartement au top et super séjour
L'appartement était parfait, charmant, juste la dimension idéale pour deux, très bien situé dans Lerici, à la propreté impeccable. On s'y est senti tout de suite très bien. Il y avait vraiment tout ce qu'il fallait : des bouteilles d'eau et des jus de fruits dans le frigo à notre arrivée, des petits biscuits salés et sucrés, les produits alimentaires de base (huile, café, sucre, sel, thé, fines herbes...), les produits de toilette et d'entretien. C'était parfait. Nous avons récupéré les clés dans une petite boîte à code et nous n'avons pas pu voir notre hôtesse, mais nous avons pu communiquer facilement par WhatsApp et Elisabetta a été charmante et extrêmement réceptive sur nos petites questions pratiques (horaires et emplacement des bus...). Que du positif.
