be ready for your best stay in Italy

Do not hesitate to book this location if you are looking for a stay in Lerici/ Cinque Terre. Flat is beautiful, bigger than in the photos, clean; short walking distance to restaurants, supermarket, beach. if you like to use the kitchen, it is fully equipped, owner also place for you the basic ingredients. Perfect! and let's speak about owners, they (Renzo and Cinzia) are the most warm, friendly hosts we ever met. We travel quite a bit, across the world, never ever our host received us with open arms as Renzo and Cinzia. They waited for us with cold prosseco and fresh focaccia. When in evening we asked for some recommendation for restaurant, they invited us (4 people) to eat with them and their friends. We are looking already to go back for Italy and Cinque Terre, but mainly to enjoy this warm hospitality.

The apartment is very spacious and located in a typical Italian building with friendly neighbors and high ceilings — perfect for immersing yourself in the Italian atmosphere. Everything we needed was there, and even a bit more. The apartment is well maintained. The beds were excellent — my wife is a very sensitive sleeper and usually finds it difficult to sleep well while traveling, but here she had no complaints. The anatomical pillows were also great. Our younger child was provided with a sturdy and comfortable crib. All in all, everything was just perfect. The host, Renzo, deserves a special mention. At our request, he found us a parking spot, was always available and ready to help with anything. He introduced us to his family, brought us gifts, and welcomed us with prosecco and focaccia. Throughout our stay, he regularly checked in to see how we were doing. He made suggestions for leisure activities, gave us many great recommendations for places to visit, took us on a small tour of the town, and treated us to various Italian delicacies. A truly wonderful person — I’m very happy to have met him.

Possibly a slightly slow internet connection. However, it’s perfectly sufficient for watching videos, just in 720p quality. It doesn’t handle 1080p very well. That’s the only thing I would point out — but overall, there’s nothing else to complain about.

Everything was great

The appartment was really spacious, clean and in very good location close to centre. The owner Renzo was great and welcomed us with a glass of Prosseco. The perfect bonus was a fabulous dinner and few presents from Renzo and his wife. We really recommend the accommodation :)

A really great stay in a very nice apartment

Not only "a very nice flat in Lerici" but more than very nice hosts - Renzo and Cinzia were great! They welcomed us with an aperitivo and we got to savour tuna from Renzo's catch of the day. Next time we hope to catch our own tuna for the BBQ! The apartment is recently renovated and has a well-equipped kitchen and although we didn't require the airco at this time of year, it is available in every room. Our teenage boys appreciated the good wifi connection.

Wonderful!!! Amazing host!!

We felt extremely welcomed, we were really touched by the kindness and generosity of Renzo. He is a fabulous host! We were six to travel and the apartment is very spacious and beautifully decorated. Drinks and foccacias were waiting at our arrival and were delicious :) The location of the apartment is perfect! You are 1 minute by foot from a Conrad store for the groceries and 2 min from the beautiful town center. We were very happy to stay in Lerici. It's really a beautiful village (better to stay in Lerici than in La Spezia) We jogged along the harbour at sunset, it was amazing. We recommend to take a coffee and a pastry at the Art café and eat an ice cream at Gelateria Papavera We visited the Cinque Terra using the train and hiking the trails. It was an unforgettable journey.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Equipped with all necessary devices. Walking distance to the town center and the beach. Parking space provided by the owner. Fantastic, friendly contact with the owner who really cares about his guests. A place definitely worth recommending.

Excellent place. As good as it looks from the photos, and even better. Spacious, well equipped, and comfortable. Friendly and helpful host. In-person check-in was a breeze. None of that remote/online rubbish.

We have had one of the most pleasent experiences with this accommodation! The apatmrtment is amazing, very spacious, very well equiped and super clean! The location is perfect and the provided parking spot is extremely convenient! I need to mention the owner Renzo, who was extremely kind, hospitable and helpful both prior and during the trip. We really appreciated his genuine willingness to be of assistance whenever we'd need it and to get us acquainted with the beauty of Lerici! I would highly reccomend this accommodation to anyone and I can not wait to visit Lerici and Renzo again!

Everything was perfect. Very large and comfortable flat with everything you need. A few steps from everywhere, nearby car parking, very clean and quiet, and most important, amazing host that treats you like your best friend. He even invited us to join a special dinner with some of his friends. Amazing! Best deal in Lerici

Great flat in Lerici

For me & my family not only the flat facility and location, but the most of all Renzo the owner😄👍. He welcome us personally and treat us with focasia and champagne in the flat. And inform us detail about Lerici and Cingue Terre. And everyday asking about how we are doing. So kind and showing great hospitality. And the flat itself full equip with all we want as family, cooking breakfast etc. And only few minutes walk from Lerici port with fantastic view and city center with bunch of restaurant and shops. Everything beyond our expectation. Thank you Renzo, definitely we will come back again. One more thing, there is paid parking spot not far from flat with Renzo help to booked.

Everything was perfect in this beautiful home, owned by Renzo - the nicest host I have ever met. He welcomed us with dinner and wine and took us for a nice walk the following day and was always there to help. The apartament is located in the center of a picturesque town, close to the port, beaches and shops. Total recomendation!

Bravi Cinthia e Renzo 😁

We were greeted by smiling Cinthia & Renzo, who immediately uncorked prosecco & pan fried hand caught tuna! Never in all our booking stays was a welcome so warm... Then on first evening we were invited to join an aperativo in the harbour on Renzo's boat! On the last evening we met up again for an aperativo of course! Cinthia & Renzo are wonderful friendly people & exceptional hosts... So, much more than a wonderfully confortable holiday stay, this is the beginning of a friendship that will see us return many times to delightful Lerici! Grazie Cinthea e Renzo😁

Great host, very cosy appartment, very spacey

Renzo is a great host. A welcoming bottle of wine, foccacia, and very yummie pesto, made by Morena, who checked us in and guided us to the private parking nearby. Very good communication by phone and whatsapp to give valuable advices on interesting things to do in and nearby Lerici. Even after we left, Renzo still gave us great tips about recommended activities along our further route. Thank you Renzo!

TOUT Accueil exceptionnel par nos hôtes Renzo et Cinzia. Ils ont été très communicants avant, pendant et après le séjour. Superbe appartement sur deux niveaux, parfaitement équipé, propre et beau. Très grand et jolie terrasse. Proximité du port et de la place principale. Tout peut se faire à pieds depuis la deuxième entrée de l'appartement. Appartement très fonctionnel et très très bien équipé. Jolie salle de bain et cuisine. Très confortable aussi quand nous ne restons que quelques jours: il y a une base de quasiment tout (lessive, papier cuisine, savons shampoings, sel, huile d'olives etc.) Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Précision pour enfants en bas âge ou personnes plus âgées: l'escalier intérieur peut sembler un peu raide. Mais pour nous cela n'a pas été un problème du tout ni pour nos enfants!

Очень современные апартаменты в красивом итальянском городке.

Очень современное и комфортное жилье. Есть абсолютно все необходимое для отдыха. Современная техника, очень комфортная кухня. Кто-то писал отзывы про неудобные матрасы или подушки, а нам наоборот было очень комфортно спать в предоставленных кроватях. До набережной 5 минут умеренным шагом. Назад нужно подниматься в гору, но я была с мамой 75 лет и она отлично справилась с подъемом. Хозяин нас встретил с Проссеко и фукачей, и сделал короткую экскурсию по достопримечательностям городка. Хотя сразу после дороги это может быть и не обязательно. Хозяин очень беспокоился о нашем комфорте, что в целом придает плюсы этому жилью.

Struttura bellissima completa di ogni comfort possibile, enorme televisore e divano. Cucina nuovissima e molto grande. Posizione super centrale e con tutti i servizi a brevissima distanza , compresa la navetta gratuita che porta nelle spiagge più lontane. I padroni di casa sono persone incredibili
