Not an apartment where I feel comfortable as the facilities don’t work properly, decoration is not modern or rustic, pic

Liked they have a parking lot included and it’s not easy to park in Lerici. The terrace has stunning views.

Floor dirty. Did not like the decoration. Bed in the living room not comfortable. Tables in the living room not usable. Unfair that the pictures are super dark. There were ants in the kitchen.

It was hard to communicate with the host and find the place. Enough instructions/details were not included in the listing. For example, it was not clear that the payment had to be in cash at the time of the booking!

The house wasn't clean, and the rooms were cold! It took a while for the rooms to warm up. The bathroom also didn't seem clean.

Sea view from the top floor and good for short stay only. Facilities could be better.

Amazing view, close to the sea. It is top floor with elevator. Store is not far from the property. Really huge terrace with sea view!

The bathroom and kitchen facilities - they need to be renovated. The furniture in the apartment is outdated, but on the other hand, it looks "italian" :-) The apartment was not cleaned. We used to pay less than EUR 50 for the cleaning in another stays in Italy and it was clearer. EUR50 included in the price - money waste(

i will beat you San Terenzo!

Alessandra is a friendly person, her job keeps her quite busy, therefore she does not have enough time to provide an healthy check in service. Nevertheless, she prepared a nice welcome package of spaghetti and wine, esp. useful if you happen to arrive during siesta time! The balcony has a really nice view. There is a washing machine!

I have notified the host about my arrival time a week before my arrival, however i could not receive any answers on my request. The day we arrived i had full of doubts in my mind because it was not easy to find the place. We stood in front of the apartment with a number 40, but there was no sign for "casa Alexandra". I called the host several times and could not get any response. I was just about to leave and complain to booking service about my problem, we met an old guy- neighbor- in front of the door. 30 min waiting and we by chance came across with the neighbor who happened have the spare key of the place! He let us in! Then another neighbor helped us with the language. We kind of settled into our place with still full of question marks. Many furniture were from cheap material and were already broken. On our last day there was no electricity. The floor was dirtier than the asphalt outside. The beach is not far but quite packed and hard to find a place!

Dalla balconata, dove si può anche mangiare , si gode il panorama del golfo con vista mozzafiato. Appartamento fresco e arioso

Arredo un po' vetusto, interno degli armadi (biancheria, asciugamani..) disordinato e alla rinfusa, servizi igienici appena accettabili
