It was bright, spacious and quite well-equipped. It was in the course of being modernised to a hight standard.
The modernisation work had not finished when we stayed in late July 2025. We could not, for example, connect to the internet or contact the owner or owner's representative very easily. The flat may now be complete.

An einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen, 80 m zur Bushaltestelle, 200 m zum Moselradweg.
Modern renovierte Wohnung im Altbau, leider nicht ganz fertig: teils fehlende Fußbodenleisten und Dosenabdeckungen, Licht im Bad geht nicht, Türzarge nicht verkleidet, Bauschaumreste, großer neuer Flachbildschirm ohne Anschluss an Antenne oder Internet, ein Bett sollte eine Matratzenauflage bekommen ... Dann wird es eine empfehlenswerte Wohnung sein!
