Love the location
The water in the shower room leaks to the outside floor. It has quite a number of mosquitoes. But we still love the place.

The apartment is truly an amazing space! Beautifully appointed and brand new. The kitchen is wonderful with everything needed to cook meals. The bathroom is lovely and has a brand new washing machine and washing soap is provided. Two air conditioning units, one for the main space and one for the bedroom will keep you cool and comfortable. There is an outside patio area with a table, chairs and an umbrella to shade you from the sun should it be needed. Our contact, Samuele was a perfect host and responded quickly with any questions we had. I cannot say enough good things about the apartment. If I ever return to Assisi I will look to see if it is available before looking for anything else. And it is directly across from the Basilica di Santa Maria, an amazing church with much history with St Francis. And at the top of the driveway is a wonderful pizza shop with deliciously thin pizzas for a very reasonable price. La Cripta is a true gem!
