Все удобства присутствуют. Удобная ванная, стиральная машинка, чистые полотенца, холодильник, стаканы, тарелки, даже специи всякие есть. Плюс вентилятор, очень помогал в жаркие дни. Ну и самое главное - за такое удобство выходило примерно 25€ на человека за ночь.
Расположение не самое лучшее, далеко от станции метро, плюс район не самый благоприятный. Окно досталось на первом этаже, опасно оставлять окна открытыми на ночь, а очень хочется. Плюс шумно возле дороги. Кровать сломана одна, проваливается. Вентиляция чуть шумит. Так же удивило отсутствие хоть какого-то персонала, все самому догадываться приходится.
