Мне нужен был ночлег на одну ночь недалеко от автовокзала, желательно недорого, и эти апартаменты идеально мне подходили. Также там есть кондиционер, что в жаркий день бесценно. Было достаточно чисто. Женщина, которая проводила меня и дала ключи, была очень вежлива и доброжелательна.
В отзывах я увидел много оценок "10", но по моему мнению это не соответствует действительности. Квартира со старой мебелью и последний капитальный ремонт там производился явно более 10 лет назад. Двор дома, где находится эта квартира, довольно неухоженный, и это производит неприятное впечатление.

Great location, close to the bus terminal station. The apartment has a great size, got good facilities. The host communicated clearly and responded quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

Very tidy, clean bathroom, living area, fresh smelling sheets and quiet neighborhood with small grocery stores, nail salons and bars/restaurants. Kitchen amenities were good. And the apartment is close to the buses/main stations going to Vlöre, Sarande and Gjirokastër. Slightly further from downtown Tirana, but easy to get to by bus or taxi.
It was hard to figure out how to use the key but the owner came back to show us. We eventually learned how to use it properly.
