Sena's Apartment

Ambiente molto pulito, proprietario super disponibile, appartamento super carino. Ha superato le aspettative delle foto. Consiglio vivamente per godersi un soggiorno a Tirana. Vicino Bar, supermercati, pasticcerie locali, ottimo per immergersi nella quotidianità del paese. Bella vista e tutto molto tranquillo.

Non c’è niente che non mi sia piaciuto.

Flat is a decent size, top floor of a tall building- mitigates noises from neighbourhood. Residential area with a couple of bars and shops nearby. Could be difficult to find the address but instruction how to get the keys received and I was shown the place. Distance to main square 2km, 25 mins walk. Best room in the summer was bedroom as it has AC. Balcony with outstanding view. Very competitive price. Flat generally well kept, a few outdated bits (eg. cooker/oven, sockets). Big bed, quite nice and comfy. I have not used a couple of things but notice the presence- iron, hairdryer, tv. Wifi works fine in all areas. Fridge and washing machine working.

I could not identify a straightforward bus connection very close, so walk some distance (can be demanding in summer 34 degrees) or take a taxi (not too expensive). The weakest bit in the flat is probably shower, feeble curtain rail and the bottom positioned that way that water spills out, which explains other water outlet in the floor. Fully usable however.

Ho pernottato 1 mese in questa struttura. I proprietari gentilissimi e super disponibili, sempre subito disponibili quando c’era da “aggiustare” qualcosa. La casa è molto bella e grande, non distante dal centro (circa 20 minuti a piedi) e con il taxi 10 minuti (costo circa 3,50€). Sotto casa ci sono bar (tra cui quello dei proprietari), pasticceria, fornaio, fruttivendolo e supermercato. In camera c’è lo split (caldo/freddo), la casa ha la lavatrice e il terrazzo per stendere.
