I have some concerns about the cleanliness. The floor in the room was clean, but the issue was the bathroom. The toilet, the bowl and the seat were dirty. It looked like they hadn’t been cleaned at all after the previous guest. There were stains, I won’t even say from what, under the seat and on the bowl. We had to clean it ourselves (to be able to use it, I’m sure it could be cleaned the nest they by the cleaning lady). As for the shelves in the kitchen area, they had stains that didn’t look like something just not cleaned properly, but like they hadn’t been cleaned at all, with visible dirt on them. So overall the room seemed only superficially cleaned. The shelves weren’t cleaned, the toilet wasn’t cleaned, and the underside of the sink was dirty as well. My main concern is the cleanliness, because it’s not comfortable to stay somewhere when you’re not sure whether things were properly cleaned after the previous guest. While I understand that the price we paid was quite low, relatively speaking, cleanliness is a basic standard. I’m not going to complain about the room standard itself, which in this case wasn’t bad and was actually quite okay. Even though some furniture needed refreshing and the grout in the bathroom was worn and not very pleasant, and on top of that the shower faucet was leaking badly which made showering difficult and left the whole bathroom floor flooded, I can accept that. But what I can’t accept is dirt, and a lot of it, and that’s why I’m leaving this review at all. One more thing, we were there at the end of April and even though there was air conditioning with heating set to 31 degrees, the room was still very cold.
