The space is cozy, but it has everything that you need, including a washing machine. The Wifi is fast, and I had no issues with calls. It is tucked in a quiet area, but within 5 minutes, you are by the main Skanderbeg Square.

FYI that the unit is on the 4th floor with no elevator access. This wasn't an issue for us, but for others to note when booking. Parking is not included, and the recommended parking close by is quite expensive. So if you have a car, I recommend parking it in the official Skanderbeg Square garage parking, which was 500 LEK per night (Aug 2025). Beware that if you leave the garage, you will have to pay again.

A nice, cosy, appartment with all equipment. The building is a construction building, no elevator but thats a good work-out, and when you open the frontdoor you enter a cosy, modern place in the best location you can imagine. And the host, Andi, is a great guy helping with everything and to whom you can fully rely on. I fully recommend this place.

No elevator, so no recommendation for people with disabilities.

This little studio in the heart of busy Tirana is clean, comfortable, and oh so quiet! The kitchenette is the size of some kitchens, and even has a washing machine! The neighborhood is great, with lot's of restaurants and fresh produce vendors, and walking distance to popular historic places. I loved the chestnut and fig trees outside the window. Don't let the outside of the building fool you, the owner has completely remodeled the interior with high-end finishes. Speaking of the owner, he was very kind and helpful to me during my stay.

A few more cooking pans and utensils would be helpful, otherwise, it's perfect!
