PTA - Tirana City Nomad 2

A home located right in the center. In terms of location, it is just 50 meters away from a 24-hour market, with other 24/7 businesses nearby. It is one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed in. Most importantly, the home is fully equipped with everything you might need; the kitchen has all the necessary utensils and appliances. The host is a wonderful person—you will be happy to meet them, as they are a fantastic host; I feel very lucky to be staying here. I have never seen such great value for money anywhere else. You should definitely consider staying here.

Sehr netter Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war sauber und mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet . Waschmaschine war vorhanden. Ich war 2 Tage auf der Durchreise und dafür war es absolute ausreichend.

The space is cozy, but it has everything that you need, including a washing machine. The Wifi is fast, and I had no issues with calls. It is tucked in a quiet area, but within 5 minutes, you are by the main Skanderbeg Square.

FYI that the unit is on the 4th floor with no elevator access. This wasn't an issue for us, but for others to note when booking. Parking is not included, and the recommended parking close by is quite expensive. So if you have a car, I recommend parking it in the official Skanderbeg Square garage parking, which was 500 LEK per night (Aug 2025). Beware that if you leave the garage, you will have to pay again.

A nice, cosy, appartment with all equipment. The building is a construction building, no elevator but thats a good work-out, and when you open the frontdoor you enter a cosy, modern place in the best location you can imagine. And the host, Andi, is a great guy helping with everything and to whom you can fully rely on. I fully recommend this place.

No elevator, so no recommendation for people with disabilities.
