Scam, rude and unfriendly.
Be aware it is a scam! I booked the hotel on the same day. I wanted to transfer the deposit, but the property only allowed an “instant debit card” payment that did not work with the details they provided. They refused any other payment method and denied me entry!!! I contacted Booking.com immediately, and they cancelled the reservation, but the property kept the money as a cancellation fee. I never stayed at the property or received any service. Booking.com wasn’t any help. Luckily PayPal saw it as scam too and gave me back the money

La ubicación
Mal olor a tuberias. El último día se iba la luz a cada momento y había que reiniciar el cuadro eléctrico constantemente. Mobiliario descuidado, sofá sucio lleno de manchas y cajones de la cocina rotos Fianza exagerada y excesiva para lo que es el apartamento, el contenido y el estado del mismo. Primera vez que me piden una fianza para algo así y tan cara. No deberían pedirla para como está el apartamento. Las fotos no tienen que ver con la realidad del apartamento, falta mucha decoración. Almohadas horribles.

En primer lugar no se ajustaba a las imágenes. Mal olor en el apartamento que no desaparece ni con las ventanas abiertas. Cortinas, sofá, ventanas y persianas muy sucias. El sofá no es cómodo para dormir, muy deteriorado y con mal olor. La cocina no la utilizamos pero es cierto que el frigorífico no estaba limpio y los muebles en mal estado.

Hay de todo alrededor. El colchón cómodo.
Las fotos no correspondía. Estaba sucio. En el sofá daba un poco de asco sentarse. Las cortinas con unas manchas horribles. El mobiliario viejo. Había una silla rota. Cajón descolgado. La almohada de risa. Más pequeña q un cojin y tan plana como una hoja. Que lastima. Como se rien de los usuarios. Con poca inversión harían que la esta cia fuera agradable. Pero claro, la ganancia de vez en cuando sería menor. Es mejor que el cliente se fastidie. Como hay q pagar una fianza tan grande, hay un poco de miedo a hacer una reseña y que no te la devuelvan.
