Great host, very attentive and wanted to ensure we had everything we needed, he even dropped off a large pack of water and juice one evening.
Location was just 1 minute walk to the beach, private parking nearby which is a god send in that area. Apartment had everything we needed and great Aircon. If we return to Perea this would be the first accommodation on the list to book.
To be honest, no negatives at all!

Месторасположение шикарное — практически на пляже, рядом есть магазин. В апартаментах две полноценные отдельные комнаты. От владельца нас ждал приятный презент: две бутылки воды и пачка сока. Нам разрешили выехать на 1,5 часа позже. Постельное бельё и полотенца меняли каждые четыре дня. Владелец также помог с вызовом такси. Однозначно рекомендую!
Душ вместе с туалетом тесноват. Но для нас это не было большой проблемой.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was super clean and well organized. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the sea. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.
For the price, it’s an amazing deal: two rooms with two terraces! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, and even cleaning supplies were there.
Overall, everything was excellent, we can highly recommend this apartment.
The bathroom was a bit small and sometimes the floor got wet, but it wasn’t a big issue since it could easily be wiped away.

A rugalmasság,az utazás elött,4(!!) Órával foglaltunk,fizettünk,utaztunk. Még is minden rendben volt.A szállasadók nagyon kedvesen fogadtak,nekünk,4 fős család,tökéletesen megfelelő volt! Nehéz lenne kritizálni,ár érték arányban!
