It was good near to Haram. 5 mins walking.
They do not have car parking, also the lift was not working properly. lift size is too small.

The location was good and the rooms had a bit of extra space
The bathrooms were a bit old and towards the end of our stay it smelled bad . We asked them to change the sheets and they didn’t.

The location is very close to Masjid Nabawi, around a 5 minutes walk. My requests for towel and checkout time extensions were fulfilled without any hassle.
The room wasn't very clean for a 3 start hotel (mainly the carpet, rest everything was fine) and it was without maintenance since it's an aging building. My main problem was that the shower head was not working and there were no buckets available as an alternative. I had to use the jet spray as my shower alternative.
