Grand Millennium Al Haram Hotel

Amazing hotel and staff within great location towards Haram. Everything is amazing except some lights and switches which were reported but did not get fixed. However all in all it us highly recommended.

Was thankful to Almighty that I have picked this hotel which is in a very close proximity and with amazing location with less traffic and few mins walk to Haram.

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Millennium Al Haram Hotel in Madinah from 15 to 18 August 2026, and I highly recommend it, especially for families traveling with elderly people. This was not my first experience at this hotel. I stayed here alone last year and had such a positive experience that this year I decided to come back and bring my parents with me. I felt confident choosing the same hotel for them because of the excellent location, comfort, and level of care I had experienced during my previous stay. The location is excellent, very close to the women’s entrance of the Prophet’s Mosque, which made going to and from the mosque extremely convenient, especially when traveling with elderly parents. The hotel is also close to many restaurants, cafés, shops, and a wide variety of food options, making everything easily accessible. What impressed us most was the level of service, care, politeness, and kindness from the hotel staff. If you are traveling with elderly family members, I especially recommend this hotel because the staff are attentive, supportive, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Khalid Alharbi at reception, who gave us an excellent first impression of the hotel during check-in. Our family consists of four people, and he kindly arranged one of the best rooms for us, making sure that we were comfortable from the beginning. His colleagues also followed up with us every day to check whether we needed anything, whether they could provide any assistance, and whether the services were meeting our expectations. This personal attention made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. I would also like to thank Riody Khan from the housekeeping team, who took very good care of our room and regularly checked whether we needed anything. His attention, kindness, and dedication were greatly appreciated. Overall, this hotel offers an excellent combination of location, comfort, hospitality, and outstanding service. The fact that I chose to return this year and bring my parents with me says a lot about the trust and confidence I have in this hotel and its staff. I would happily stay here again and strongly recommend it to families, particularly those traveling with elderly parents or relatives.

Had a few hygiene issues with the room I was first given. Manager seemed like he didn’t believe me and asked for proof. I gave pictures as proof and still he singled me out after not believing me. My kids and wife struggled due to their hygiene issues. I was given a different room and breakfast as compensation for a horrible first night that I had to request for. I did not feel welcomed or comfortable staying there due to the service. I mean why would I lie being next to the haram why would I lie ? So overall, the hotel is amazing. Very good location. I felt targeted and not welcomed at all. I wouldn’t go back because of this.
