    we had a great experience at Anwar Almadina movenpick, special thanks to Abdalwahab Faqeeh, Hanadi, and Sameer Khalaf they were welcoming and accommodating. the breakfast was delicious, the waiters were prompt and kind. A wheelchair and a staff was provided to my mother for each prayer we just had to call 0 before the call of prayer Athan.

    The hotel is very close to Al Haram, which is a great advantage, but I believe there are better options available in the same area. The staff were amazing, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. The A/C was working, but the cooling was not strong enough. Although the hotel is rated as a 5-star hotel, it felt more like a 3-star hotel because the furniture and some of the facilities are quite old and need renovation.

    My room was located in the Madinah Tower. Overall, the facilities were decent and comfortable, though there are a few areas that could use some improvement. The only issue I encountered was a leaking fridge. I didn't realise it at first, and the water had spread across the kitchenette area. I almost slipped because of it, so it might be something the hotel could look into. The room furnishings have a more classic design. It looks like they've been refreshed with a new coat of paint, but you can still tell they're from an earlier era, including the carpet and the bathroom. While it's a 5-star hotel, I personally felt that the lobby didn't quite have the luxurious ambiance I usually associate with a 5-star property. That said, the location is definitely the highlight. It's just a short walk to Masjid Nabawi and is connected to a shopping mall. In fairness, most hotels along this stretch are also within easy walking distance of the Haram. If I were booking again with a similar budget, I'd probably consider Diyar Ajwa, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. From what I saw, its lobby gives off a more modern 5-star feel.
