The ransi House

We loved everything, could have stayed for much longer. The location was perfect, a few minute walk to a less busy and absolutely beautiful beach nilwella (lovely to explore in the quiet morning). Close to harbour which was colourful and local. The room and place was stunning, but room, big window with palm and ocean views, clean, hot water if needed, friendly family running it. The roof top was the cherry on top, great breeze and view, place to hang out, sun beds and shade. Definitely recommend!

Loved it all

Lets start with the beautiful Family who is Hosting the two Apartments. Such an amazing and loving vibe. Instantly you feel welcome and at Home. Daily we enjoyed the peaceful and beautiful rooftop for Morning coffee and evenings for the Sunset over Blue Beach Island. The Location is Perfect you are a walking distance away from the Blue Beach Island. 15min Walk to Hiriketiya and what we love the Most close to everything and still in the middle where you can experience local life and a peaceful Atmosphäre. Ransi & Livi also hosted us with juices and snacks. And were always helpful with any request or question we had. Our room (blue one) had everything what we needed and especially a comfortable bed :). And if when we are totally honest the price was too low for the service, atmosphere and the comfort. We definitely will be back at Ransi House on our next trip in Sri Lanka.

Einfach alles war ein cooler Aufenthalt und gibt eine sehr geile Dach terrasse. Strand ist legit 2 min fußweg weit weg (gibt einen kleinen Trampelpfad). Sehr sehr coole Familie und ein Willkommens- und Abschiedsgetränk :)).

Die handtücher Fransen leider ziemlich, zumindest die blauen.

Ransi House is very close to the blue beach, which is a fantastic place to spend some quite time at the sea. It is a bit tucked away, but very calm neighbourhoods only 10 min away from Hiriketiya beach. The host was very attentive and drove me around on his motobike. He made sure I could catch my bus early in the morning. The kids living down stairs are very cute and greeted me every time i got home.

There was a little strong smell of cleaning product when I arrived. Some coffee or tea would be lovely in the room!
