Otima, localização, perto de tudo, a rua é muito animada, de dia e noite, mas não chega a atrapalhar para dormir. O pessoal da portaria foi muito gentil e prontos para ajudar. O apartamento é novo, e bem equipado... Super confortavel, cama e chuveiro otimos!

Ubicación principalmente

No me gustó la diferente atención que recibí con la persona que contrate como anfitrión y con la encargada del edificio del turno matutino (señora cabello chino que fuma mucho), mi anfitrión a través de mensaje me daba opciones como dejar mi equipaje en resguardo al hacer mi chef-out en caso de que mi vuelo saliera tarde y esta señora no de manera grosera pero si siempre mostrando una negativa nos dijo que no debía ya que era solo para las llegadas tempranas, pero que haría una escepcion lo Mismo pasó con la entrada temprana igual y entendí que el apartamento estaba ocupado pero si no lo hubiera estado no nos hubiera dejado entrar como ya se había hablado por mensaje con el afitrion… en general todo bien solo esa actitud de Sta persona no me pareció, nunca fue grosera quiero aclarar pero si esperaba un poco de empatía con los huéspedes y no mostrar esa nagatividad para todo.

Great view.

High level of street noise means keeping the windows closed most of the time since there is no air conditioning. We received a note from the management that we should be quieter in the establishment which was totally wrong. We were making absolutely no noise. I responded to the management and asked for an explanation. They wrote me back that they were “investigating” and I never received a response. The doormen were very helpful and friendly.

Great location . Room tidy and clean

We think there was a heatwave when we stayed and there is no air conditioning. The fan did not cool the room . The sun shone directly into the room until about 7 pm so even by opening the windows sleeping was unbearable. There was the ability to make food but there were no cups or plates to drink coffee or eat off. We asked for cups and non appeared - it seemed as if the staff didn’t believe us . The lady on reception did give us some Starbucks cups so we could make coffee
