A great place! Would come back

The place is beautiful, the staff is very nice and welcoming, the lobby felt cozy, no harsh lights, the snacks were very yummy, I really enjoyed the pan de muertos. I do have a few notes but they don't change my rating because it's a 4/5 stars in my eyes.

It's located on the back-ish of a cheap mall, the hotel is beautiful but outside is a hood-like place and it was a bit scary. On top of that, because it's a mall, when we came late at night we had to literally knock on the door for the guard to open the door for us, leaving us vulnerable outside. They 4/5 times were there and were very fast to open up but still the room card should be able to open up I think. Lastly, we had to remind them to clean up the room, even when leaving the door thingy outside.

Great stay near Chinatown, a little hard to find through google maps

The stay was great and the hotel is off from the street (you enter an office facade to get the elevator to the hotel at the back). Everything was good except the directions on Google--Google placed the hotel a block or two before the actual hotel, leaving us a little puzzled. Located in the chinatown area and pretty central.

Very classy designed room and cozy bed

I liked the easy check-in process,; very clean and cozy room, so neat and tidy; a huge bed, very helpful staff especially the security downstairs; water applicable 24/7 and hot water as well at the lobby with coffee/tea and cream/sugar sachets.

The only thing was missing is the AC, because the fan near by the bed makes so much noise.

Comfortable Hotel. NO AC in the Room.

Location, near from center, the hotel is inside a gallery, as we were in the weekend there was not a problem. Room was comfortable. They have coffee and water in the front desk.

There is NO AC in the room, which is quite weird in a hot city as México City, so the room was too hot even with one FAN provided by the hotel. There are a lot of WiFi’s network however none works so well in the room.

It’s a fine place—it’s pretty looking and very clean. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The location is not really for tourists, it’s close to a lot of “hardware” stores of some sort. The bed is not very comfy and it can get a bit warm since there’s no AC, which I sadly assumed they had instead of thoroughly checking their listed facilities.

Está muy bien ubicado y todo cerca en el Centro Histórico.

No hay wifi, y si hay es malísimo. La TV no tiene sistema de cable y como tampoco hay internet, la única forma de ver la TV es compartiendo wifi de nuestro propio teléfono.

Excelente alojamiento, desde su limpieza, ubicacion e instalaciones. El personal es atento y amable, las instalaciones de primera, la ubicación es esepcional, cerca del metro, y lugares como bellas artes y restaurantes de conveniencia.

Todo me pareció en orden, que no encuentro algo que no me haya gustado.

Günstig aber sehr laut und etwas lieblos

Die Lage des Hotels ist nahe dem Zentrum und die Unterkunft war sauber.

Durch den Baustil des Hotels war die Lobby für alle Hotelgä deutlich zu hören. Die Angestellten hatten schon um 7 Uhr morgens ausgiebig Spaß. Sei ihnen gegönnt aber die dünnen Fenster waren alles andere als Schalldicht. Dadurch waren wir jeden Morgen schon sehr früh wach. Manches im Hotelzimmer war doch sehr lieblos und wurde nur irgendwie zusammengeschustert. Beispielsweise die Toilettenbrille die viel zu klein für die Toilette war.

emplacement idéal, bien centré. matériaux de qualité, salle de bain confortable équipements: coffre fort, frigo et kit café très appréciable très propre espaces de réception agréables point bonus: messagerie whatsapp avec l'hotel appréciable pour faire passer certains messages !

En revanche le fait que l'hotel soit situé dans une galerie marchande : on peut difficilement aérer... nous pensions que cela nous permettrait d'être au calme des bruits de la ville c'était sans compter sur les discussions des veilleurs de nuit qui résonnaient dans toute la galerie. Accueil et personnel ras, rien en particulier mais clairement pas supers accueillants

Está bien, limpio, huele bien, la habitación y el hotel están bien cuidadas, habitación espaciosa, está relativamente cerca a el centro de la ciudad donde están lo más turístico para ver.

La zona donde está ubicado es un poco fea no te sientes muy seguro para salir de noche y demás, no es tan económico y no tiene desayuno incluido, hay mejores opciones cerca. Tiene parking pero tienes que pagar 150 pesos más por cada noche que te hospedes, recomiendo un poco más de interés y mejor atención al cliente en recepción.

Dopo aver richiesto la possibilità di anticipare il check-in, visto l’edificio mi sembrava difficile che non avessero disponibilità infatti per anticipare chiedevano cifra spropositata, in più la camera ci è stata data con anche un po’ di ritardo… non mi era mai successo.. ragazzi alla reception un po’ troppo furbi, “pareva si prendessero gioco della situazione”.

Agréable et idéalement situé!

Le design moderne de l'hôtel, le confort du lit, la belle salle de bain avec une douche pluie ayant un bon débit d'eau.

Toutes les chambres donnaient sur une cour intérieure du bâtiment, la réception n'était pas au rez-de-chaussée, la chambre est beaucoup plus petite que sur les images, nous n'avions pas de crochets dans la salle de bain pour accrocher nos serviettes.

Que todo estaba casi nuevo

La poca atención en la limpieza de la habitación, nos dejaron sin toallas y sin papel higiénico, que tuve que ir a solicitar a recepción y para que nos abrieran la puerta para accesar al hotel en las noches en algunas ocasiones no estaba el guardia y tuvimos que esperar varios minutos a que nos abrieran!!!

Si volveré, ideal para actividades en el centro.

Muy limpio solo un poco de olor a encerrado y humedad que se resolvió al encender al aire acondicionado. Muebles cuidados nuevos modernos la configuración de la habitación es bastante funcional.

La caja fuerte no servía, cierran el acceso por las noches y hay que tocar un timbre y esperar y podría ser peligroso en la zona.
