DO NOT STAY HERE
The terrace for coffee in the morning
We booked an apartment with two bedrooms and three beds, the sofa bed was pictured in the listing. Upon check in, the third bed was a sofa, not the fold out kind, abut a sit on one. So one of our group had to sleep on two cushions on the floor for the whole stay, the rest of the building was booked out and management did not want to assist us at all, argumentative and dismissive and was not interested in resolving our issues. They blamed the issue on translation on the website.
The hot water service didn’t work for the first day, I waited in the apartment for seven hours for it to be repaired, and had to explain the issue at length with the workman so they did the right repairs.
They replaced the taps with all plastic pipe and then two days before check out the hot water began to have issues again.
The terrace is not private, so it’s not really an apartment with a terrace, and it felt a very intrusive given it looked directly into our apartment with other guests using it and trying to access our apartment.
The outdoor furniture is weathered to the point the tables buckled and leach black everywhere, you can’t sit plate evenly on the tables
There was insufficient cups and glasses and no bedding for the extra “bed” upon check in.
I requested a clean whilst we were away for three days but they did not have an extra key to access our apartment so they left the bedding and towels for us to do it all, the apartment was never cleaned by the company for the duration of our stay as we did not want to leave keys in a pot plant to access the apartment.
The second security door does not work.
The street noise is loud so don’t expect a decent nights sleep with people and dogs barking continuously.
Between the management company and booking.com the whole experience here was woeful and I would never recommend staying here. Booking.com took over a week to address my complaint which is still in dispute, I recommend you book an apartment with Airbnb.

Baranda is super nice property. I’ve stayed here twice and honestly love how nice both rooms have been. It’s also in a great part of town. Close to great restaurant and a little street market.

Tienen muchas fallas en la plomería y funcionamiento del agua, todo el día y la noche se está prendiendo el boiler
Por lo que llega a oler mucho a gas; las escaleras para subir al piso más alto son muy resbalosas y angostas

A mi pareja y a mi nos encanto todo el departamento, desde que su ubicación es super céntrica y muy tranquila para la zona en la que esta, y el departamento super limpió, muy bonito y muy espacioso, el precio vale muchísimo la pena
Realmente no hubo nada que nos desagradara, pero si se tratara de poner un pero, diríamos que no hubiera tv en la habitación

Al llegar el detector de humo emitía sonido de batería baja. Toda la noche por ese sonido me contacté y me dijeron al día de mañana pero no pasó. Una de las chicas de limpieza pudo sacar la batería y evitar que siguiera, en la ubicación del departamento está como un aljibe y se escucha el agua cae sube,

Que la habitación estaba bien acomodada y el diseño de la habitación.
Que no hubo comunicación y no había agua caliente, y las perillas de algunas puertas estaban rotas y lo reporté, y nunca fueron arregladas y me tuve que duchar con agua fría todos los días que estuve allí.

Estancia con excelente ubicación
Me gustó mucho la atención al cliente, tuvimos algunos detalles que revisamos con el administrador y en todo momento nos ayudó, al igual que el ama de llaves Alma.
Los departamentos son muy bonitos y modernos, cuentan con todo lo necesario para pasar algunos días en la ciudad.
En realidad lo que no me llegó a gustar se pudo resolver de una excelente manera y no valdría la pena mencionarlo.
