Large 4 bedroom house

Sylv was excellent in her communication up to and including the stay. The property was in great condition, very well appointed (apart from the coffee maker that didn't appear to be working) and well located for the event we were attending (my son's wedding in Heckington, at Happy Valley Stables). Heckington is a lovely little village, and there are great pubs & restaurants on the doorstep. We had the biggest breakfast ever in the lovely cafe just behind the property on Church Street - absolutely amazing and also great value - too much to finish!! Parking was a doddle, over the road at the village centre car park. The rooms were all spacious, with lovely clean bedding and towels, making the stay so comfortable. The kitchen was set up for all eventualities, and even though we didn't cook, everything was there so we could have had we wanted to. Great to have loo and shower facilties upstairs and down, and the showers were great. Wifi and TV were great and easy to access / use. Overall this was a brilliant choice for us, meaning we could be relaxed at the wedding, knowing we had a lovely comfortable home from home to go back to at the end of the day. Thank you Sylv!!!

Coffee maker didn't work (either that, or you needed a PhD to operate it!) - the photos in the Booking.com listing under-sell the property, which is far nicer than it looks on the internet (even though it looks just fine on there!)

Spacious and clean and easy to find

Large bedrooms and living space. The host (Sylv) was extremely responsive and helpful.

Great location, the local village was lovely, and well situated for visiting other attractions around the county. Very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Sylv was great at making sure we had all the info we needed and checking in on us.

Nothing we didn't like, but worth being aware that as it's an older building, some ceilings are on the low side! But it all adds to the charm of the house.
