Terrible.
The position is good, as everyone says in the other reviews, and the price is reasonable. Position and price, however, do not justify the state in which we found the apartment. People should not sleep in such conditions ever for free.
The apartment was incredibly dirty and dingy. When we entered, it smelled strongly of smoke. The floors were sticky and had strange brown stains on them, and there were cobwebs around the ceiling. The bedding was the wrong size for the bed, and there were faint brownish stains on the sheets. There was an extra blanket in the wardrobe: it had crusty white stains all over it. I don't even want to think about what they could be.
The kitchen light did not work, and the kitchen itself was not particularly clean. We avoided using it altogether.
The bathroom sink did not drain properly, and what drained was dripping onto the floor. The toilet, shower, and shower curtains had brownish/blackish stains. The shower head could not be attached to the wall, as the support was broken.
We tried to communicate with the host, asking to at least have the bedding changed since it was stained, but the person pretended to care, made me email pictures of the problems we were having, and then ghosted me until check-out.
There were no cleaning products anywhere in the apartment, so even if we wanted to clean up ourselves we were not able to. It was the absolute worst accommodation my friend and I ever saw.

great customer service, easy to get inside the room. great location. clean because the room was so empty. there were kitchen supplies which was nice.

Wrong property description. Property was different than what was listed. It was dirty and does not have any facility. no curtain in the room, no dryer, no shop or shampoo, no toilet rools. Even cleaning was not done to the property. We invited the host to come and see the situation and the host kept lying

ATTENTION TO ALL BOOKING USERS – THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS!
I booked a weekend stay for work in these apartments, and it turned out to be a complete disappointment. The apartment was extremely dirty, with sticky stains on the floors, marks on the walls and bathroom, and large black hairs in both the shower and the sink. The kitchen was greasy, and the ventilation system was broken.
The worst part was that the bed linen smelled strongly of someone else’s perfume, which clearly means the sheets had not been changed after previous guests. There were spider webs in every corner of the ceilings — even with spiders nesting inside — showing that the place hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time.
Because of this, I had to move to another hotel, which caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience during my work trip.
After filing a complaint, the owners contacted me via WhatsApp and promised to refund me in full if I deleted my review, as they said it would hurt their business. I agreed, deleted the review, and waited. However, after two weeks without receiving the money, I reached out to them again — and they never replied.
This is, in my opinion, a clear act of fraud and disrespect.
Please, do not book this apartment. Instead of enjoying your vacation or having peace of mind during your work trip in Lucerne, you will end up stressed and deeply uncomfortable.
I feel completely deceived, and the experience has been truly awful. My intention with this review is to help future guests avoid going through the same situation.

There was NO breakfast!
The bathroom was not functional: the sink drain was clogged and leaking onto the floor. The showerhead holder was broken, no shampoo or soap. No lake view, windows decor was partially ripped off the rod. The kitchen was extremely poorly equipped: one small pot, a frying pan, a few plates, one spoon and no forks, no kettle, no coffee pot or toaster. Only two towels were provided for two people, no face towels. The wardrobe was unusable (no rod, trash at the bottom), and there was no desk or proper sitting area-only very small table for two. Bedside lamp was placed on the floor.

Do not stay here
The location is pretty central (but also very noisy). Having a whole apartment with a kitchen is nice.
Where to start...this feels like the apartment of someone who lived here for a few years without cleaning, then cleaned it superficially, emptied it of their stuff and then rented it out as is. When I say this apartment is dirty I don't mean that it wasn't dusted this week. It just looks...grimy.
Highlights include:
- The mattress cover kept coming off to reveal brown stains on the mattress
- Brown stains on the shower curtain
- A cardboard box for a trash can
- Broken curtains
- The toilet kept running all the time
- Dead bugs in the lamp
The place also has ZERO atmosphere. Very stark and the walls badly need to repainted.
I think these people rent out 2 or 3 apartments, and some of the pictures on this site show the nicer one(s). For example, the kitchen on the picture is much nicer.
They also flat out lie about there being a view. The only view is of an office building.
Since there was two of us and they only gave us two towels we had to share one because the floor gets really wet. We requested another one to put on the floor to which they said something vague like 'we'll see what we can do to address this'.
I would be more understanding if this place was cheap, but it's not. Sure, you could argue that you pay for the location and full apartment, but for this price you can, even in Switzerland, find a nice, clean hotel with a kitchenette and things like wifi and a/c.
Do not stay here. We didn't either after the first night.

Great location, everything else was terrible.
Location. A+
There was nothing in the whole place but a bed, fridge, and table. Two bath towels that were old and pretty. No washcloth or face towel. There was no shampoo. The toilet constantly ran. The mirror had sharp broken edge. The shower used to have a towel rack and the holes were filled with toilet paper. The top throw was barely big enough to fit and there were no extra blankets or sheets. The pillow (one for each side) seems like the filling took its own vacation.
Honestly, my crappy dorm room from college was nicer. Disappointing because the location is A+. We couldn’t wait to leave.
I dislike saying bad things, but I would never recommend this property to anyone. Get a place 5 minute bus ride outside town.

I had not received instructions to get in to the property till very late afternoon, supposed to send this info in the morning, I had to send reminder to ask for the info, still not received in the morning as stated in the booking. we arrived there not knowing what will happen.
There is a kitchen one hot plate not working, No kettle, minimum utensils, broken Window, No light in the room just a portable light stand. Very hot day no Fan, impossible to stay in side the room.
Uncomfortable Bed, end up having a back pain after three nights stay, bed linen not very good at all.

Only thing I liked was the allocation of the place
I paid 70£ for cleaning and the cleaner was there with another gentleman to clean for 1 hour. Flat was dirty, toilet was dirty… I found rice on the wardrobe… I found dirty bedsheet underneath a pillowcase in the wardrobe…kitchen light was inexistent, had to get the lamp from the room to light up the kitchen. The room lamp also doesn’t work. The bath tub is not child friendly at all.

Terrible value, unresponsive host, do not stay here.
DO NOT STAY HERE. Terrible value. No toilet paper upon arrival. Host told us to get some ourselves and we'd be reimbursed. When we asked how that would work, no response. It was a holiday and no stores were open. Toilet paper was delivered the next afternoon, we left the next day. NO WIFI. Bed is on the firmer side but very uncomfortable. Unit wasn't clean when we arrived - TONS of black hair all over the unit. Good location but other units in the same area were similar price and much better value. Absolutely not worth what we paid.

Bel appartement mais au dessus d’une route bruillante

Situé au dessus d’une route principale de la ville l’appartement est très brouillant jour et nuit. Il n’y a pas de lampes de chevet. La vaisselle n’est pas assez propre. Il manque une tasse et une fourchette. Il n’y a pas de linge de cuisine ou de patte pour essuyer les surfaces.

Quiero presentar una reclamación formal por mi reserva en Lucerna, Suiza, ya que no pude acceder al alojamiento en ningún momento.
Al llegar al apartamento, la llave no estaba en el cajetín tal como el anfitrión indicó. Contacté con él de inmediato; primero dijo que hablaría con la limpiadora y, a partir de ahí, dejó de responder de manera clara. Estuvimos más de dos horas esperando en la calle, de noche y con frío, sin recibir una solución.
Finalmente, nos vimos obligados a buscar otro alojamiento por nuestra cuenta para poder dormir.
El alojamiento no prestó el servicio contratado, y por tanto solicito formalmente:
1. Reembolso total del importe abonado, ya que nunca pudimos entrar a la propiedad.
2. Compensación por los gastos adicionales que tuvimos que asumir (nuevo alojamiento y transporte).

Die Lage war gut. Die Altstadt, der Bahnhof und die Schiffanlegestelle konnten gut zu Fuß erreicht werden. Einziger Nachteil war die stark befahrene Straße, daher viel Lärm auch bis spät in der Nacht.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war dürftig und entsprach nicht der Beschreibung. In dem Raum befand sich nur ein Bett (Leintuch viel zu klein dafür), ein kleiner Tisch und zwei wackelige Stühle. Die Küche ist eine Zumutung. Keine Möglichkeit, Kaffee zu machen, nicht einmal eine Filterkanne, keine Tassen, kein Geschirrtuch.

Ο οικοδεσπότης, ενώ του είχαμε προπληρώσει όλο το ποσό της διαμονής 162€ , μας εκβίαζε να βάλουμε το δημοτικό φόρο 8€ πριν φτάσουμε εκεί !!! , (διότι γνώριζε ότι αν βλέπαμε αυτή την κατάσταση …. !!!
Η συζηγός μου, κάποια στιγμή σηκώθηκε και πήγε στο αυτοκίνητο να συνεχίσει τον ύπνο της γιατί ένιωθε πάρα πολύ έντονα την μυρωδιά της τουαλέτας !!!!
Είναι μια πάρα πολύ κακή επιλογή και λυπάμαι πολύ που έπεσα επάνω της.
Ήταν παγίδα η τοποθεσία αλλά τελικά και αυτή λάθος διότι παρκάραμε το αμάξι μας απέναντι σε ένα οργανωμένο παρκινκ με πληρωμή και δώσαμε για μια νύχτα 38€ !!!!!
Πολύ σπάνια γράφω κρητικές, αλλά για αυτό εδώ το δωμάτιο πρέπει για να βοηθήσω κάποιον επόμενο καψερό !!!
