The Quality of the apartment. Great
Only one parking. No Cleaning even if you book for a week. Not connected to Dubai Mall. You have to walk outside for 7 minutes

كانت الإقامة رائعة جداً، والشقة كانت نظيفة ومرتبة بشكل ممتاز. أكثر ما أعجبني هو مستوى النظافة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل، بالإضافة إلى تعامل الموظفين الراقي والاحترافي وسرعة استجابتهم وتعاونهم طوال فترة الإقامة. موقع الشقة ممتاز وقريب من كل شيء، والإطلالة جميلة جداً وتضيف الكثير لتجربة الإقامة. بشكل عام، المكان مريح وهادئ وكانت تجربتنا فيه جميلة جداً، وأشكر فريق العمل على حسن التعامل والاهتم
من الأمور التي لم تكن بالمستوى المتوقع أن غرفة واحدة فقط تحتوي على حمام داخلي، بينما حمامات باقي الغرف تقع خارج الغرف، بالإضافة إلى أن مساحة الحمامات صغيرة وضيقة. كذلك وقت تسجيل المغادرة الساعة 11 صباحاً يعتبر مبكراً، خصوصاً للعائلات، وكان من الأفضل أن يكون وقت المغادرة متأخراً أكثر ليمنح الضيوف وقتاً كافياً للاستعداد والمغادرة براحة. بشكل عام هذه الملاحظات لم تؤثر كثيراً على تجربتنا الجميلة، ولكن تحسينها سيجعل الإقامة أفضل وأكثر راحة.
