Nice place, terrible service

Location and flat outlook.

Worst staff ever dealt with, the place is well located but the people (except the Asian guy) working there have nothing to do with hospitality, they are very rude and talk to you as if they are the clients. In particular Ahmed and Oussama were terrible in every sense and they wasted our time. They were suppose to be there for check out at 12 pm but no one was there so we texted them but no one answered. Then he arrived late he didn’t even apologize at all and instead started blaming us and try to find excuses for his mistake. We would appreciate if he only said sorry but too much arrogance and not looking for a solution. No clue about how to deal with clients, not suitable for hospitality at all. Something to improve asap if you wish stay in this industry.

Ahmed was great at accommodating our arrival and check out time, was communicative throughout the check in process, and efficient. The apartment was beautiful and at a brilliant location with an amazing view of the Burj. I would definitely stay here again.

It was good space for 3 adults and 1 kid, loved the location of the place it’s attached to social distrikt in dubai mall, there is a cleaning staff everyday so it was a great experience after all.

They gave us only one key to open the door, but they said they are working on it and will give more keys at the future inshallah.

Perfect, beautiful, spacious Dubai location

The people at Westminster were very friendly and the customer service was top tier. We had arrived slightly earlier than expected and I notified the property they told me that they would try their upmost to accommodate. I was let in to the property fairly quickly, they held my luggage whilst I waited which was particularly nice of them. Once let in to the apartment a lovely gentleman called Bakram had helped set up the additional sofa bed. He was so helpful and friendly, polite and well spoken. He was really responsive to any requests. There was a time that I had ran out of hair conditioner and it was about 7pm he had came back instantly with the conditioner. Any small issues that arose he quickly fixed it. It was top tier hospitality. Also they went above and beyond to accommodate the small requests I had made before arrival. The property was so close to the mall and everything downtown has to offer. The space in the apartment was perfect and spacious. The views were spectacular, especially from the pool. I will be staying again and it is mostly down to the hospitality from backram. Thank you 🙏🏽

Decent but not fantastic

Excellent location, nice views from the balcony (46th floor)

We had to leave the apartment unlocked for service. That was weird. We also had to ask for help as the showers were clogged and safe was spoilt. Showers were fixed but safe was still spoilt. While there’s a washing machine/dryer and dishwasher, you have to buy your own detergents.

THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES. I BOOKED, THE CHARGE WENT THROUGH, I ARRIVED AT THE APARTMENT BUILDING AT 11:20PM, THEY SAID THEY WERE COMING IN 10 MINUTES, GUARD AT BUILDING KEPT TRYING TO CALL THEM BACK, THEN THEY STOPPED ANSWERING THE PHONE!! NEVER CAME, WAITED UNTIL 2AM AND HAD TO LEAVE AND GO TO A HOTEL

No attention to any of the issues they caused.

Very close to Downtown Dubai. Good additions such as gym and pools. BUT

We didn’t book it. They reallocated us without any prior notice , offered something totally different than what we booked and eventually we received a small fraction of compensation from Booking.com instead as the accommodation harassed us daily. But indeed , the view and the location were great at the address fountain views (instead of the Westminster boulevard we had originally booked)

Superb stay, central location, amazing views. Highly recommend for a wonderful Dubai experience.

The location is quite nice; it's very close to the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa, just a 5-10 minute walk away. However, the check-in process could be improved, as I had to wait for 30 minutes before someone was available to assist me.

I was not provided with a key card that would allow me to access the hotel's elevator. This meant that I had to request assistance from the reception desk every time I wanted to enter the building.

Had to wait for the host to come for a while. The decor - too many fake flowers and gold accessories. I didn’t like that they couldn’t clean the room unless we were there or left the door unlocked which is risky.

Not happy with what happened

The cards for parking didn’t work at all which was disturbing when ever want to go out, the other important thing that the second day the water heater started leaking in the bath tub, we called them for checking the problem, they came after 5 hours!! Then they couldn’t solve the problem, they just closed the hot water & they said you can’t use hot water which it really annoyed me!!!! We had to stay the whole night with leak didn’t stop, as we had to have shower with cold water!!!
