Best view of Burj Khalifa

The view was AMAZING! I don't think you can get a better view of Burj Khalifa. It's very close to Dubai mall, lots of cafes and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and had all the amenities, the staff was very responsive and helpful. The beds were comfortable and I really enjoyed there were two types of pillows to choose from. Overall we really loved our stay and will most likely stay here again when visiting Dubai

I know the sand is a problem in Dubai but I would have loved if the glass railing was cleaner so we could properly admire Burj Khalifa and the whole of downtown while sitting down on the balcony.

The view is so amazing and super, I never seen Dubai that much beautiful before been in the balcony our from our bed 🛌 .. the Custer service are so elegant and deserve to be the 1st choice if you’re in Dubai with group.

Mould in bathroom, old and tired looking, no basics like toothpaste, slippers, no electrical sockets, rude staff

Good location

Dirty bathroom, mould on the tiles, water spills everywhere on the floor as there’s no shower curtain or shower door. No slippers or toothpaste. No plug sockets to use, all the sockets were full with gadgets that are required by the property. Nowhere to charge your phone. The door lock wasn’t working so we couldn’t leave the property for 24 hours. The staff were rude and didn’t compensate for our time lost. Instead tried gaslighting us into thinking them providing free towel cleaning was a great gesture that makes up for the time we lost sitting in the property. Nowhere to store luggage and no help to take luggage down during checkout. For the price they’re charging, they don’t provide room cleaning or fresh towels without additional charges. Disappointing experience.

The thing that I didn't like it's not mentioned the cleaning process in the web it mentioned cleaning part of the booking but when I requested the cleaning they mentioned that they hand over me the apartment cleaned and once check out they will clean but not during stay time when requesting. Only that was the issue I face and I pass this issue to the hotel admin to clarify in the web page so other can understand well.

Great location, breathtaking views in comfortable accommodation

Loved the location, the view of downtown Dubai was breathtaking especially the evening light show from the Burj Khalifa.The apartment was very well appointed and comfortable.

The lack of a power point adjacent to a mirror made it difficult for my partner to use a hairdryer for styling. Also I would suggest a shower screen on the bath in the second bathroom. Spent a bit of time mopping up the water after a shower.

Location and the views The communication from SmartStay was excellent before & after our stay

The kitchen was too small A vacuum cleaner was not provided upon request as we were staying for 23 nights. The Dubai Fountains closed after one week of our stay for refurbishing and are opening in October which was disappointing as we had booked specifically to watch the fountains
