Mr. Malik Waleed was so attentive and kind. He showed us access to level 3 swimming pool and gym including parking and access to Burj K and Dubai Mall from the Residence building.

Not much if only the weather were not so humid, the windows might have been more clean and clear 🤣. As for the apartment supplies - I hope they pay attention to number of guests booked - we were 5 with 6 years old child but towels were only for four.

The location and views were excellent. The atmosphere was very family-friendly, and the swimming pool was enjoyable and well maintained. - Parking Available. -The check-in process took longer than expected and could be improved to make arrival smoother and more efficient for guests. - No daily housekeeping service was provided. - No luggage assistance service was available at checkout time - The checkout experience was uncomfortable. We received repeated calls regarding checkout, and the booking representative waited outside the apartment before the checkout time, which felt intrusive and unprofessional. - Poor communication and customer service from the booking representative. - The property is not within walking distance of Dubai Mall, so transportation by car is required, especially for families. - The salon area had no carpeted flooring. - Some of the furniture appeared outdated and could benefit from refurbishment. - The seating capacity in the living room was limited. Adding an additional three-seater sofa would improve comfort and provide a better space for family gatherings and guest seating.
