Grande Signature Residence, Burj Khalifa and Fountain View

The host used WhatsApp to communicate several days in advance, to let me know that the location is ready. The keycode for the lock was shared. Also shared that a person will meet us in the lobby to get us into the property. I liked the communication and the ease of access.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos—if not even better. In the 19th floor. The view is simply breathtaking, overlooking both the Dubai Fountain and the Burj Khalifa, which made our experience even more special. The apartment is very well equipped with all the necessary utensils, making it feel like a true home away from home. Everything was clean, modern, and perfectly maintained. The building itself is also very clean, modern, and offers excellent sound insulation, which made our stay very آرام and comfortable. A special thank you to Furkan, the manager, who is incredibly kind and professional. We arrived at 3:00 AM, and he was there in person at the reception to welcome us. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we were completely comfortable. The bathrooms are modern, with great showers, and all essentials were provided, including towels and slippers. The high-speed Wi-Fi was also a big plus. I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely come back again!
