Amazing Location. Unobstructed and clear view of Burj Khalifa and fountains. just cross the road to get to Burj park.Very clean and well maintained apartment. Host was very helpful and answered all questions within minutes.
Wifi was a little weak in the rooms.

✅ شقة شخصية للتأجير بموقع مميز على بوليفارد محمد بن راشد ، ومقابل برج خليفه ، وشرفة باطلالة جدا جميلة على برج خليفة والنافورة بالدور 56 .
✅ القرب من دبي مول من خلال جسر المشاة إلى المول .
✅ جوار جيان ماركت ، وكوفيات مميزة .
✅ استقبال مميز من الموظف المختص .
.❌ الشقة في حاجة ماسة إلى التحديث والتجديد .
❌ تم الحجز على أنها باطلالة على النافورة ، وعند الحضور اتضح انها تطل على النافورة المتوقفة منذ فترة للصيانة وكان الأمل توضيح ذلك .
❌ لا يوجد تنظيف أو خدمة للشقق .
❌ أدوات للتنظيف قليلة أو معدومة ، فعليك احضار اكياس النفايات والادوات الشخصية من صابون شامبو وغيره .
❌ يوجد مواڨف محدودة خاصة ولكن ليس موقف محدد خاص .
❌ طلب تسليم الشقة مبكرا الساعة 11 صباحا بخلاف النظام المعتاد .
