The reception had no clue we were coming and i have informed the apartment was not clean as there was a lot of ants in all rooms. All the toilet windows was leaking during the rain no one came to do any thing. The property management needs to improve the property has a lot of good potential if there is more services

الموقع ممتاز جداً بالقرب من دبي مول وان كان هناك اشكال في قوقل لايصل اليه بالدقة

عدم وجود خدمة للشقة كالتنظيف وتغيير البياضات مع وجود خدمة للشقق التي في نفس الدور عدم وجود تعليمات او ارشادات سياحية الاستقبال لادخل له بالشقة وكانها ليست في نفس المبنى ولا يقدمون ارشادات أو نصائح العاملون لايوجد لديهم المبادرة للخدمة لدرجة اني حملت الحقائب الكبيرة بنفسي عدم وجود الخدمة اضاع جمال الموقع

Supertolle Lage. Direkt beim Burj Khalifa, Einkaufen, Taxi, alles direkt vor Ort.

Es gibt eine Gebühr für Check-In nach 20 Uhr. Das hatte uns vorher keiner gesagt, obwohl wir Wochen vorher schon angekündigt haben, dass wir später da sein werden. Die Mitarbeiter waren schon fast aufdringlich, dass die Gebühr kurzfristig bezahlt werden muss. Wir haben 2 Tage nach Ankunft bezahlt, weil wir noch Geld wechseln mussten etc. Bis dahin waren die Mitarbeiter erreichbar und haben nach Geld gefragt. Nachdem ich bezahlt habe, kam die Wende. Wir wurden vergessen, auf Nachrichten nicht reagiert und der Service hat nachgelassen. Wir haben keine Karte für den Zugang zum Gebäude erhalten, erst nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen wurde uns eine Karte gegeben, welche wir für eine Tür nutzen konnten, aber die Parkplätze nicht damit erreichen konnten. Wir mussten bei jeder einzelnen Einfahrt ins Gebäude und Ausfahrt aus dem Gebäude dem Sicherheitspersonal Rechtfertigungen äußern. Das war sehr nervig. Unsere Waschmaschine hat nicht funktioniert, niemand hat sich darum gekümmert und wir waren dem Besitzer ziemlich egal. Wir haben uns in Stich gelassen gefühlt und es kam keinerlei entgegenkommen. Wir waren ein Ehepaar mit Baby, so auch in der Buchung angegeben. Wir haben ein Bett bekommen, Größe 140 cm, vielleicht 160 cm. Auf jeden Fall viel zu klein für die in der Buchung angegebene Personenzahl. Wir haben sehr schlecht deswegen geschlafen, hatten insgesamt 2 Handtücher für 2 Wochen und 3 Personen, welche wir nicht mal waschen konnten, weil die Waschmaschine nicht funktionierte. Die Lage ist das einzige so richtig positive an der Unterkunft. Man muss nicht aus dem Gebäude raus, um in die Dubai Mall zu gelangen, da dieses Gebäude über eine geschlossene, klimatisierte Brücke mit dem Mall verbunden ist. Ich empfehle den Gastgeber nicht weiter. Vielleicht findet man in dem Gebäude andere Gastgeber, die besseren Service anbieten. Hier (Ultima Vacation Homes) kommen wir aber nicht wieder hin.

Molto elegante, pulizia impeccabile, la posizione è eccezionale, ha tutti i confort ed è molto ben attrezzato. Abbiamo potuto utilizzare anche tutte le facilitazioni per piscina e palestra, direttamente collegato con il mall. Facile il check-in e il check out.

La cercanía al centro de Dubái.

Lo anuncian con vista al Burj Khalifa y las fuentes más no es así. El apartamento que renté tenía vista hacia el lado contrario
