Extras like water bottles creamer, sugar, tea bags being charged. The Hotel Staff Charges for cleaning and turndown services which is unexpected.

وصلت الساعه وحده الظهر وانتظرت ساعتين على مايجهز المكان بالإضافة إلى دفع الف درهم تأمين كانت حركه غير لائقه ابداً في الخروج الاستقبال ما كانوا هم المسؤلين عن الشيك أوت 🙃 لازم اكلم شخص عن طريق الوتس اب عشان يجي ونسلم مفتاح الغرفه و انتظرت اكثر من ربع ساعه لين وصل وكنا مستعجلين بنروح المطار غير ان السعر مقابل السكن يعتبر مرتفع وهذي كانت تجربتي

Убитая студия в которой давно пора делать ремонт, плесень, ржавчина,сломанная дверь на балкон. Заплатили вперед за 3 ночи 1000 евро за этот клоповник. Как заехали запросила сразу отмену, но безуспешно. Я считаю, что это мошенничество брать вперед за такие апартаменты деньги, всегда должна быть опция отмены. До costumer service booking.com не удалось дозвониться, ни написать в чат.

1. الحمام لم يكن نظيف ؛ بقع قذرة ، وجود شعر ، وجود اغراض من ضيف سابق 2. السرير لم يكن مرتباً عند الاستقبال ( اكسسوارات الأغطيه للفراش ) 3. وجود أغراض لضيف سابق 4. السشوار لا يعمل 5. هناك لمبات محروقة 6. الهاتف لا يعمل 7. بلاكات الكهرباء بعضها لا يعمل تم اخطار الموظفين لكن للأسف لم يتم تلافي هذه الملاحظات
