Exceptional Stay in the Heart of Killarney!

Exceptional! From the moment we booked, the host, Beauty, demonstrated outstanding communication and proactive service. Knowing we were arriving very early, she clearly managed our check-in expectations and then, impressively, facilitated an earlier check-in than anticipated. Upon arrival, the key collection from the shop below was seamless. The staff there also very kindly allowed us to store our bags outside the apartment until it was ready. The apartment itself is immaculately maintained and spotlessly clean. Every necessity was supplied, from crockery and cutlery to fresh towels and quality bathroom products. The sleeping arrangements were a highlight: the beds are extremely comfortable, featuring near-new, crisp, snow-white bedding, towels, duvet covers, mattress protectors, and pillowcases—all freshly laundered. The sofa bed was also spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable to sleep on. The gracious service continued upon departure. As we weren't travelling until later, the host kindly allowed us to leave our bags at the property after the 11 AM check-out so we could continue exploring. The location is perfect: right in the heart of Killarney Town Centre and within easy walking distance of every amenity, including the National Park. I cannot recommend this property highly enough and genuinely look forward to returning!

Our stay was nothing short of magical, thanks to the truly angelic hospitality of Mr. Bertie.

The property is situated right in the centre of the market, offering an excellent location, and everything was within arm's reach. It was within walking distance from the station, Killarney National Park, and other places, which was just great. Above all, Mr. Bertie and Ms. Beauty were amazing hosts. Bertie was simply incredible—what an amazing person and host! He was like an angel, helping and advising us on anything and everything. My wife, daughter, and little one couldn't thank him enough. Ms. Beauty was wonderful as well and helped us whenever any need arose. Our holiday was heavenly, not only because of the beautiful place, but especially because of Bertie. Thank you so much, Bertie and Beauty. You made our holiday beautiful and helped us create lasting memories. God bless you, Mr Bertie! Thank you for everything and for taking care of us. We will keep in touch and would love to book again.

Zentral gelegen. Geräumiges Appartement. Sehr modern eingerichtet. Gut ausgestattet. Heizkörper hat funktioniert.

Es war ein etwas unangenehmer, modriger Geruch im Appartement. Durch den Regen war es kühl. Warmes Wasser hat nur in der Dusche funktioniert, wenn man den Durchlauferhitzer und Druckverstärker einschaltet.
