Overall, we had a very positive stay and would recommend the property, especially for groups or families. The house was clean, spacious, and had plenty of bathrooms, which made it very convenient for a larger group. The location was great too — only a 10–15 minute walk into town — and there was enough parking for two vehicles. The TV setup was excellent, with all the channels you’d need including Netflix. There were a few areas that could be improved. A 4pm check-in and 10am check-out felt quite restrictive, and charging an excessive fee per extra hour for late check-out seemed excessive. Communication was also disappointing as we tried contacting the host through both the booking platform and the WhatsApp emergency number but received no response, which was concerning. The hot water is on a timer and was limited for a property sleeping 8 people, so we had to work around it. It would also have been a nice touch to have a few basic arrival items, especially arriving early evening — even milk, bread and butter would have been appreciated. Tea and coffee were provided, although basics like salt and pepper had run out. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our stay and feel the property has a lot going for it.

We stayed in the 4 bedroom house. Great location and great configuration for 8 people. We were provided with a welcome pack which was appreciated. Wonderful, friendly staff in the hotel and lovely that we could use the hotel's amenities. The houses are in need of maintenance and updates and the outside areas were unusable as they had not been cleaned.

The house were really comfortable,safe ,very clean and well equipped. WiFi wasn’t very strong but that’s the only complaint every thing else was perfect.
