1. Sehr hellhörig 2. Wasserhahn im Bad defekt (bewegt sich) 3. Türklinke vom Badezimmer defekt (fällt immer raus) 4. Gasgeruch im Treppenhaus 5. Zahlungsmodalitäten unklar (beim Buchen unklar wie und wann die Zahlung erfolgen soll, notwendige Infos bekommt man während des Aufenthalts in Form von eine Erinnerung (keine Paypal Zahlung möglich, wenn man kein armenischen Bankkonto hat erfolgt die Zahlung in Bar).

Appartamento pulito, funzionale e spazioso, in centro a Erevan. Dispone di tutto il necessario anche per soggiorni lunghi. Il proprietario Grayr è davvero una persona disponibilissima e gentile.

Комфортное размещение. В квартире было тихо и тепло. Очень приятные мелочи типа тапочек, нормального фена и всяких бытовых принадлежностей, которые часто отсутствуют в других похожих объектах размещения. Хозяин апартаментов был всегда на связи и невероятно дружелюбен. Все очень понравилось
