Such a lovely boutique hotel with beautiful facilities. Amazing hospitality - the staff made us feel very welcome. Our first Ryokan experience couldn't have been better. There is a Family Mart nearby and the Ashi Lake is only a 15 minutes bus ride away. We hope to be back soon!

Wonderful stay! The staff was very friendly. They offer so many amenities snacks beer water and even offered hair product free of charge which was great because I had forgotten mine. Everything was above and beyond and the soaking tub was so nice after a day of sight seeing.

This was an absolutely beautiful place to spend our last days of our second trip to Japan. We were looking for something secluded, private and relaxing and received all 3 plus more staying here. If you want to escape any crowds, have minimal but excellent options to eat and just completely unplug and unwind in Hakone with a private onsen then this is your place. If we decide to visit Hakone again in the future we will absolutely stay again. This is the side of Japan that we were truly looking forward to experiencing and it did not disappoint. Thank you to the lovely staff and for this beautiful property.
