Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights and honestly, I was really happy with my booking. For the price, the place exceeded my expectations. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, parang spotless talaga.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The place was also quiet and relaxing, although I stayed on a weekday so I'm not sure how busy or noisy it gets during weekends when the house is fully booked.
The view is more of a city view since it's close to the city center, so don't expect the usual pine trees or mountain scenery. Location is convenient if you have a car or if you don't mind taking taxis. For those who prefer commuting, it might be a bit challenging because the jeepneys are usually full.
They don't provide soap and toothpaste, but that wasn't really a big deal for me. What I appreciated was how fresh and clean the bedsheets, pillowcases, and towels were.
They also serve breakfast at a reasonable price and the food is cooked fresh. The pancake serving was surprisingly generous. My only suggestion is to offer brewed coffee instead of 3-in-1 coffee.
There's also a gated parking area that can fit around two cars, which is a nice bonus.
Overall, it's not a perfect place, but it's definitely one of the best Airbnb-style accommodations or transient houses I've stayed in. I don't usually give very high ratings, but this place deserves it. I'd happily give it a 9/10 and would definitely consider staying here again when I visit Baguio.

I had a great stay. The room is clean and the staff are polite and acccommodating. The veranda gave an amazing view of Baguio.
