    Just pls add complimentary slippers and clean the shower room floor well , add fabric conditioner in your pillow cases and bedsheets , aside from that everything was great! thank you

    I did not stay at the hotel and had to look for another hotel on the same day. Unfortunately, the room was not clean and had a lot of dust. The door also had a hole or opening through which people from outside could see inside, which made me feel uncomfortable and concerned about my privacy. I understand that the hotel is old, but the room was still not comfortable or clean. I also felt uncomfortable lying in the bed because it seemed like there could be bugs or mites. The curtains were dusty as well. Fortunately, I was able to find another place to stay, although I was unable to cancel the booking. I hope Agoda can assist me with a refund, as I did not stay at the hotel due to the cleanliness, comfort, and privacy issues.
